      I have bought several iteams from the app all were crappy made or broken or not the right iteam and all if got is a few credits really there no **** help at all I spent maybe 30 ish in all I hate the store credit but they dont do money refund which is bull I should have listened to the news about the app

      I am a loyal customer with ********************** from beginning Temu launch in ** before I always shops on Amazon or **** and the last 2 weeks I was placed 2 orders total 3 packages were shipped with the same shipping Company Uniuni & the driver was left my packages outside @ my business front door ( This is commercial retails business location is a lot cars and peoples are walk through with open space there is no place for the driver to hide the packages, I have NO MAIL BOX our business open hour from 10:00 am to 6:00 If Temu use *** or **** will never have this problem.I was reported on line & also called to Temu too many times & all I received the same response (Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order. We understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Based on the results of our investigation, we aren't able to provide a reshipment/refund for this order.)       I would like in details how is your investigate?  just because correct address & I am responsible for packages get stolen or i am a dishonest customer.  Your reponsed was the same with your customer service I am NOT satisfied, my business posted on the door open from 10 am & close @ 6 pm I never have any problems Amazon or **** delivery.  The Uniuni carrier Temu used doesn't have any experience & not professional I have been called & email but I have not receive any response.  I have 2 more orders on the way to my home address hopyfully Uniuni delivery before I go to work if not of caurse the driver will leave the package @ my front door & good luck to me if the package still there when I get home.  This my last 2 orders with Temu for now I don't want to take anymore risk like this in the future & this matter will NOT end from here I will continue to fight such as dispute my credit card & get on media let everybody know how Temu treat their customer.

      Once again, with your response is no different than the last one and I am sick and tired to repeat myself.  Please read this following paragraph of your Company Temu policy guarantees to the consumer.  (Temu works with reliable shipping partners around the world. We guarantee that your package will reach you safely and on time. If there are any problems during the transit of items you purchased, such as damage, loss, or delay, rest assured that we will do our best to solve the problems and provide the best solutions.)  Anyway that is what you think I am a dishonest so you dont want to do anything about it.  Right now I still have $42.68 credit, but Temu dont have any options for me to transfer back to my creditcard and I dont want to spend any money to Temu.  So please credit all my money back to my credit card & CLOSE MY TEMU ACCOUNT.

      Temu offers programs to earn free gifts and cash rewards. I believe that all of the programs offered are scams! But I will try to be quick and to the point by narrowing it down to one specific program. Cash reward referral program, you gain coins by referring users, with those coins you spin the wheel and have to collect x amount of money. EVERYTIME you get down to the last $2 or less it tells you to refer someone and you will get up to so many amount of coins. So once you complete that it shows that you need to invite 3 refer 3 people, once all three accept your invite you are guaranteed that amount of coins. Well I have played this over and over again, and everytime you get to that part it starts over showing you now need to invite 5 NEW users. You dont get any coins for half of the invites you do make no matter if they are new or returning users. This is the biggest scam and false advertising show, all to get people to spend money on their site. I have complained to them multiple times, and they know it is a scam as the first time I complained they credited me $15 as a sorry. But never fixed the issue. The times following that I have complained they have basically said I am playing the game wrong. But there is no wrong way to play! Instead of recommending Temu to everyone I know I make sure to let everyone I know plus other NOT to waste your money on this company. I wanted to add screenshots to this but they deleted my records after my last complaint!!

      If the game is so legit like you say it is then please tell me where do all these great reviews. Some from that pop up on the game? Because I have searched and searched and there is no place for you to leave a review. I believe that there is no place to leave real reviews because everyone would leave a review about how big of a scam the program is. So instead you leave these fake reviews saying its great.

      I placed several orders on TEMU. And spoke to over 12 people that will not agree with the fact I was charged ***** twice for my one click payment. These three items are included in the 15 orders that if you add up equals ***** the sub total on my receipt which I will send to you.       I have been a longtime shopper on the app Temu. They send coupons for discounts and free shipping. You can play various games within the app that will win you free products and sometimes you just get free items. Saturday night I get a Temu msg saying I get a special surprise for being a longtime customer and for 87 purchases I enter into temu and the screen says pick your 5 free items off this list I did . Another envelope pops up and says I have won free shipping and a third that says I get a 6 th free if I send my link to friends and social media I followed the rules of getting the 6th free item please note no place does it state that my 5 items was contingent upon me having to play the game that was for my 6th item. I sent my link to a few friends And the page shows $9.00 it also says send to social media which I did and you will win all items picked free. the screen doesnt change its frozen.Even though I followed the rules Yesterday I awoke to the screen still frozen I called customer service and was first told those arent Temu games then they said I never signed anyone up or post on X I did it all their screen froze and now thats my fault I win nothing A classic bait and switch.They refuse to give me the 5 free for my loyalty I told them keep 6 then just give me the gift you promised for my loyalty. The 5 free items.3 hours with customer service and every excuse made up like this was not a Temu game it is. Or my PC caused the issue Dont use a PC. I believe the glitch in their system is planned so you dont win. But in my case I played and their page froze and now they say they never saw me online then that changed. Every excuse given to me for 3.5 hours and nothing changed. He said he has no power to send me my 5 free and no supervisor was available. This is wrong I am owed the items on the list

      I'm a valuable paying customer of ******************** online shopping I've been purchasing items all sorts I really loved temu on November 17th 2023 at 1:55 pm I made a successful purchase of $106.76 I use the same exact debit cards for all my payments to my account with ******************** this particular day Friday I went the bank took 200$ I went ace check cash place to load up my prepaid debit **** card the card I've use for other purchases off temu I went to the office associate with the shipping address on my account for ******************** I use the prepaid card **** card account #******************* this card I have use numerous times to pay lite bills such internet, small purchase and with temu so thank my citizens bank wouldn't be associated with them sharing my real banking information I was given advice from bank to just for security reasons you might want to get prepaid cards for thing like online shopping purposes thing opposed to using your citizens bank account I November 17th I made complete my order went into payment options because i had already use this card before its was locked into my temu account for any present use of temu online shopping so I hit the pay now on my order which was $106.76 went pay method hit the exact same information stored on my account payments went through successfully I was sent a email and confirmation the payment successful I continued to wait for the alerts like I always received when there getting orders ready to be processed the best day which is Saturday Nov 18th 2023 I keep getting alerts ?? in my email stating my order #po-211-08090953636472959 was on hold because temu need verification it's me ***************************** billing address doesn't match I purchased that prepaid debit card 3 yrs ago before I became disabled now receiving s.s.i so I updated the information on the prepaid account so it would be activated again since it was over year of use now idi that in July 2023 I load the card with cash to pay for and order from temu the debit I use November 17th 2023 what I'm nit understanding is what is really going that paid for all anything I've ever order from temu company I just want what paid for and continued on with my life iv lost 2 *** to gun violence on the I treat myself to feel a better dealing with the murder of my only sons I'm not a their I pay for what I want I'm very honest woman thru God please help me to receive my package that all I want no money just because I will get my money in whole dollar amount the way I paid for them I just help receiving my items thank you ***************** please assist me God bless my phone number is ************ *********************************************************************** is the place of business where all my package goes to my living home address is ******************************************************************* also the prepaid debit card doesn't not come with a statement its just a number you daily on back of these card when you want to hear balances, deposit you added on card which is called loading your card with fun it basically better to use fir things like this so you can avoid unauthorized use that's manageable I think opposed to using my citizens bank which I've in past but like told they referred me to use that option to keep my real bank account safe again that you for lending a ear please help me resolve thi s small matter if can't be resolved please assist me with getting full amount refund not no break down 5$, here 7$, there ***** please I accept my items or full payment of $106.76

      I placed an order with temu on July 20th 2023, and was advertised legitimate quality items. When I received my package not only were they not the same product as advertised but they were falling apart or in bad condition. Worst of all from many sources, I have heard that my personal information is most likely being stolen and floated around the internet.

      I noticed in my cart on the Temu app my price for my items was around $65. I checked to see how many items I had which I counted 11 (3 times in a row) it said I had 16. So I knew the price it was trying to charge me was higher than it should be. When I did the math on the calculator for the 11 items it was only about $47 I should be charged. I've ordered something like $500 off Temu and if they've been doing this which I had a strong feeling before they had I just hadn't figured out how to prove it then they've stole quite a bit of my money from me.
