Ordered the same exact order of shorts THREE TIMES from 2 different sellers, all of which were wrong sizes/colors. Returned and reordered from same seller in good faith, second order was also wrong. Returned again, and ordered from different seller, also all completely wrong sizes/colors and missing items altogether. Requested reshipment, no response from seller. **************** requested refund, seller denied. After 2 weeks of waiting for an update for reshipment, it was canceled automatically from the seller not responding. Requested refund, told no and I had to return them AGAIN. Asked for credit back to my credit card instead of store credit for the hassle 3 different times so I can close my account. No response for days. Unhelpful, and unfair business practices. They made me wait 2 weeks before telling me they couldn't fulfill a reshipment. It takes 3 weeks to recieve a refund, and this is the third time now through no fault of my own.Business Response

on july 19th, 2025 i ordered 25 square brushed nickel cabinet k**** for a total of *****. on monday july 21st i reported to TEMU customer service that i mysteriously received 5 of the exact same k**** i ordered from their supplier from **********. they said that was not possible as their supplier had not shipped the items yet..... so i get like 3 *****s with the following tracking number 1Z46YY970385377612. on friday july 25 i get notice the package has been delivered.long story short the photo *** provided as proof of delivery was not my home, and i have no idea. i attempt to file a claim with ***, who informs me ********** sent that pkg......not temu. and i needed to contact amazon to file claim. so i call amazon.....and find out this seller sent me anonymously 5 k**** which were a gift to him from amazon.....and the second pkg..... was also a gift to this temu seller of a military helmet cover and it was sent to the wrong address. next i contact TEMU...and provide them with a copy of the amazon cust svc reps ***** detailing what this fraudulent seller has done. temu instead of replacing the missing k**** as requested, or refunding me the money asks me to wait 72 hrs. while they investigate the seller who is not responding to even then. today i get a message from seller showing my photo of the original 5 knobs, not the 25 i ordered and paid for. its been 72 hrs and temu keeps saying the item was delivered but have NO PROOF OF DELIVERY because *** did not deliver it to me......nor did their sender send the package with their supposed tracking number see above. i am now out $100 i paid for a contractor to install the missing k**** and the cost of the k**** 6 hrs of my precious time, tracking down all the info...and supplying said info to them. NOTE THEY HAVE SUPPLIED NO INFO AND NO PROOF. i also sent temu a copy of the amazon ***** detailing what their lying seller has done.Business Response

ordered a product from Temu that was completely misrepresented on their site I payed 98.07$. The item (a wig/hair product) was advertised as high quality, but what I received was completely different it tangled badly, wouldnt hold curls, and was unusable after one try. I immediately contacted Temu for a refund, and theyve refused to issue one, stating that it was used.This is not a typical return the product was defective and not as described, and I dont feel comfortable returning something I already wore on my head That is unsanitary and not reasonable I tried to dye it blue it turned gray because it didnt take the hair dye it was synthetic when I ordered it they told me it was 100% human .Instead of addressing the issue, Temu keeps sending automated messages and ignoring the actual complaint. I even tried calling and chatting with support. They continue to say the same thing return it or no refund.I am requesting a full refund for the defective item, without needing to return a used hair product. $200 for 2 transactions and a complete false advertisement campaign. Temu offered 3 items at .01 each with the addition of buying 1 additional items which I fulfilled on both occasions you will see the last was $33.71 for 1 items to fulfill the 3 free. Placed to order for the guitar neck and was charge $42 with shipping for one items and the order did not include the 3 ***** items. Temu has done this twice to me and many others. Complete false advertisement and bait and switch. I just want my freekin items I asked and paid for and had to request a flrefind because Temu charge me for 1 items the items added as an addition to fulfill the 3 .01 ***** items and twice I was misled and it's ********. Unprofessional and a complete misuse of selling adveryin the App and I am not the only one who has said this has happened to the. I purchased 5 separate orders from Temu. I havent had any problems with them befor until they used (ACI logistics) to ship my order.The order was placed on July 2nd and I have been given the run around for weeks assuring I would receive my order.I would like to get a 3rd party involved because I dont think Id receive my order otherwise.I have communicated multiple times how I dont not want the money, I want my orders. Temu has issued coupons that say I only have to spend a ***** more than the coupon amount, but they are trying to make me spend a minimum order amount on top of that.
