1 starAbsolutely the WORST factoring company. If you want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars over the span of your business, never get ANY of the discounts they promote, have to wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get zero help, the people literally give NO HELP. They are thieves who steal your money, and try to find loopholes to not repay you. Oh and GOOD LUCK if you ever want to leave this shady company. Their whole contract is made up to where its pretty much near impossible to get out of. All in all I give 0 stars. This company is a scam and there are so so so many factoring companies that will offer you great help at half the cost. Theres a reason theres nothing but bad reviews on this company. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND YOUR BUSINESS. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! I had to add one star but this company deserves 0!

Hello *****, according to your company's fuel consumption report, you have received many discounts on fuel. You also can get discounts on maintenance and tires anytime you want as long as you follow the directions provided. We will have a supervisor reach out to discuss any issues. TAFS does not steal money, we advance money to you, our client, and then that money has to be repaid to TAFS by your debtor. 1 starAfter being on hold over an hour representatives answer then never say anything if u opt for them to call u might get a call back 8hrs later. Invoices are hit and miss u can't even contact them once they've denied a invoice for a ridiculous unnecessary reason I submitted 2invoices 1 didn't get submitted ****** says supplement pages of BOL when I submitted BOL with 3signatures which is correct there's no more paperwork I was provided TAFS just makes factoring process a headache there's no reason any more paperwork should have been asked of and then the process to get out of this contract with them is slim to nothing bc they make it so hard to get off from under them, worst factoring company ever! After driving a truck hours u submit paperwork no one wants stress with a company that makes everything very stressful to getting in contact, invoices, or getting from under them. I'm so disgusted with this company

Hello *****, the call back time on this issue was 40 minutes, not 8 hours. Invoice ******** was missing supplemental pages that needed to be verified - TAFS ************** Rep sent an email to the debtor on case 2228273 2/14 at 8:46 am. ****** replied at 9:07 am, and the ** rep ******** the client via email at 9:24 am that the verification email had been attached to the invoice in processing. 1 starMisleading and untrue company. Please read you contest before you sign. They will lie to you for a signature. No customer after, no one to help with your issues. I wish I could get out of this contract

1 starI wish i could leave a negative 3 stars!!! I am beyond disappointed and completely done dealing with this company. For the last week I have attempted to obtain the services offered to me by TAFS sales people! I have yet to receive the fuel cards or any service for that matter!! Then I come across the hundreds of horrible reviews of unhappy clients and I am here to demand results!Since the service of fuel cards and other accommodations are not being given like agreed upon from the salesman on your side, I feel that is a breach in my contract to which I am no longer interested in pursuing!!! You sale me on Factoring, fuel cards, equipment purchasing programs, great rates, great customer service. And Im meet with none of the above. Nothing but a factoring contract that says I cant leave for a year. Ive never even factored 1 load! I never really did anything except talk to a salesperson who clearly didnt explain Eve thing in detail! And even that wasnt explained to me before I signed. This is a situation that couldve been prevented with a lil help and some great customer service! I am requesting a call from the highest level supervisor to further discuss this matter immediately as the treatment I have received in the past week is unacceptable! According to Comdata, your fuel card account was set up on 1/27/23, and they sent emails to you about welcome and login. They also mailed fuel cards and they were delivered to the address on your account, along with proof of delivery. We are happy to help you move forward with your factoring contract with TAFS, but we will not be releasing you from the contract. 1 starMaybe I'll get a response this way, unfortunately. My company is *********** Trucking LLC. This review is of my personal experience only. I am trying to terminate my contract with this company. I emailed a request for a letter of release 12/27/22. I received an IMMEDIATE response informing me that I had a balance. Invoice funds were deposited into the account post my email request. Lucky for me I was able to speak with someone on 1/30/23 after days of trying to get through to someone and was told my balance was $0. After hearing that, I emailed notices at tafs.com requesting my letter of release noting that per my conversation via phone with TAFS rep my balance was $0. Now of course I'm getting no response. Called client services and as everyone on here knows. The response I received was "I'm sorry but I have no information about that". I tried calling other TAF departments and NO ONE PICKS UP OR WON"T CALL BACK AFTER REQUESTING A CALL BACK. Convenient I guess. And now here we are. So I'll post my questions here and look forward to a response from TAFS:1. Do I have a $0 balance?2. 1 starI was setting up to do business with Tafs. I did all the paperwork but was not allowed to talk to the factoring rep about the percentages and ins and out. I do not have my Authority or insurance and business is not active so I was waiting on everything to be activated. While waiting, I decided to continue shopping for Information on other factoring companies and found tafs already filed a UCC on my business and it isn't active yet. After calling I talked to ****** and explained I just wanted to set everything up not get activated because it didn't make sense nor did I want to be locked in right now. She stated it's OK if you lease on with someone and she couldn't give me a release letter. Basically they threw me in a contract without discussing everything and tell me im locked in for a year and it renews if I don't cancel but I'm not even in business yet this is ILLEGAL!

1 starI wish I could not give them 1 star! We are currently stuck in a 1 year contract with them that we did not know we were getting our self into because the man we spoke to I believe **** DID NOT explain to us what we were exactly signing while on the phone with them! Now we are probably about to get charged all kinds of ********** are just now starting our business so we will definitely be putting out more money than we ever planned! Its BS! I cant believe they are still in business with all the bad reviews!

1 starThey ,lie, cheat and steal.They are currently holding $4000 + because the scan was crooked.They never call back. And when I do get ahold of someone they claim my number is not associated with the account. Though it's the same number I set the account up with.And it's the same number they have called me back on for seven months.They have kept me near to bankruptcy since I hired them.They refuse to give me my contract start date because they don't want me to cancel my contract.This company is as dirty as the day is long.

If funds are being held, it is because your debtor/broker has told TAFS they are not going to pay us back on funds we loaned to you, based on the paperwork they received.
