      Very bad business I asked them how you deduct 120$ they mentioned as security of state fees from 1800$ plus they factoring fees and 10$ transaction fees also **** cents processing fees I asked her many times how you figured out the 120$ or they just taking random amount ?? They never answered me correctly If the case stayed like that thats a big scam and all of us need to take them to court

      Hello *****, all fees are disclosed in the contract. The security interest fee is only charged in order to file your UCC, and other underwriting and state costs at the beginning of your agreement. Thank you.

      Im an owner operator name is TenzaLogistics LLC. I was fined $2,500 for not placing invoices when I havent even started running any freight yet. They claim I havent been sending my invoices, even though there arent any that exist. They claim I violated terms when I havent. If this is how they operate Im not sure I made the right decision working with them. ********** claims made by TAFS and the complete harassment by them is leaving me no choice but to take legal action. I hope this matter is resolved quickly.

      Hello ******. Your company has not factored any invoices with TAFS. As stated in the agreement if you fail to factor invoices during your contract term, there is a $2,500 fee that must be paid before you can be released. This is extremely rare, as most companies sign a factoring contract to factor invoices. Thank you.

      Stay away from TAFS they are the worst you will ever come across, starting with the contract which they look for a way to keep you tied to them, said contract there is no way to get out of it as they are so bad at what they make it to be a way to keep your customers, if you are looking for a Freight Factory, look for another, this is not the one

      I was called by a Tafs employee threatening me to submit a invoice when I had no truck able to run telling me they would *** me if I didnt very horrible experience they are bullies and harassers and discriminate on small minority owned business I advise everyone to stay far away from TAFS

      Hello ******, our team only reaches out in cases like this when a company is in breach of their contract. We do not threaten any one, just simply provide their options of factoring all of their invoices or receive a breach letter. If you don't have invoices to factor, you have nothing to worry about.       Poor customer service, no one answers the phone when you desperately need them to, leaving you stranded at a gas station for hours untill you find out another way to resolve issue on your own, I had processed money to go on my efs card got the batch summary and the processed notification on my app, authorized a fuel pump went to pay the bill and got insufficient funds, been waiting at the gas station for 2 hours now untill I paid for fuel off my personal bank wich means the gallons purchased wont count towards my fuel usage agreement with them, as carriers we need to stay on the move as time is money, they will not be there for you when you need them the most, theyre in breach of contract for not providing consumer service so therefore I will not be doing business with them anymore

      Hello ******, our client services team is only available from 8-5 CT Monday-Friday. If TAFS advanced funds to your card. you would receive a batch summary statement. If your card is swiping incorrectly, you can reach out to EFS to find out why it will not work. This is also part of the reason we are switching our fuel card provider to Comdata. Thank you.

      I have been calling for two weeks straight and cannot get anyone to answer or return my phone calls. I received an email from TAFS that there was an issue with the payment for a load we did. I spoke to the broker and have to speak to TAFS but it is impossible to speak with them. I just want to get this resolved as soon as possible and its frustrating to call and wait on hold for hours without a response.

      F****** company ever they hold your money for no reason i will gp to lawsuit again them never sing with tafs back company the broker said that they call 5 times in a day back customs

      Hello ****, your company has attempted to commit fraud against TAFS multiple times. We have also spoken to you multiple times from manager/supervisor level. There is a very good reason we are not paying on your invoices, and will not until we are paid by your debtors.

      They are liars and frauds. They agreed to fulfill an agreement and pushed it off for months and denied calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS AND IGNORE YOU.

      Terrible company never calls back, wait times are hours to days long then they forget about you. If I could give no star I would. The only reason they get one star is because of our account manager *******. He's accurate, always reply back and is respectful BUT HES NOT IN-CHARGE OF HOW WE GET PAID. The department for CS and for Accounting is by far the worst. I can't wait to get out of my contract with them and leave them forever. NEVER GO TO TAFS!! NEVER THIS IS A WARNING. If you want to get paid on time, or at all go to someone else!
