      If 0 stars was an option it would definitely be a Zero!! This company is out to bury your company! They steal money from you, you basically do all the work they are suppose to do and charge you fees for them not doing THIER JOB!! We submitted a termination in time and the DENIED our termination, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR COMPANY!! Its false advertisement. They are all a lie and no one can answer your questions this company is literally run by the dumbest illiterate people Ive ever had to deal with.

      Hello ******, we had a supervisor reach out multiple times and spoke to the owner of the company. We do not steal money, only fail to advance or charge back a payment that is owed to TAFS. Remember, TAFS is loaning money out. If one of your customers does not pay us, or is unresponsive to our collection efforts, we sometimes ask the carrier to get involved. Thank you.

      ZERO stars...The most crooked company I have ever dealt with in my life.They have made life so miserable for my company and my drivers.To start with ,I started with them in July 9,2021, I should have checked BBB before signing up with them,I have gone through a lot with with these unprofessional workers they have in clients service department.About 2 months ago or less,they did a charge back on my account for $1900 for no reason,they signed an agreement with you and still take your money unjustly.I tried to asked them for reason why they did a charge back on my account,but to no avail.I reached out to ************ @ ***********************,the " Customer" to know exactly why they had ********************** have my $1900 charged back. Apparently,there was a miscommunication about a load that was delivered by my company weeks before the invoice was paid. But all efforts made to talk to have a manager intervene on this issue, proved abortive. They do not care about their clients and most of these workers don't even have knowledge about the services they offer,all they do is keep you on hold on the phone. Shame on you guys....There is something weird about TAFS, they only have one phone number to clients service and tells you how crooked they are.I have tried to reach TAFS in the last 5 days straight, at a point in time, they kept me on home for 2 hrs and still hung up on me and when I requested a call back , they turned deaf hears and act like zombies.. but as soon as I submitted an invoice they took my money and said my residual balance is low. When there is a mistake made by either party,there should be room for dialogue before action is being taken to take my money. I will be patient with you guys and when I run out of patient ,be prepare to face the consequent. My contract was renewed automatically after and after that,its being a roller coaster . I need to get out of these stupid contract before something happen. You are guys are making my life unbearable. Stop taking my money

There is always a reason something is charged back, and you can see in the Client Portal on the invoice, or the charge back report.       Minus, Negative, tafs is representative of all the worse things. is bad that Review Rating system should invent negative star so they can go in negative balance with starts, 1 star for TAFS is way above their abilities. Tafs get money form broker and loose it in their system if you do not get transaction # or check # from broker, but even if u have it, they will require it from broker. but hold on that is only part of the problem.       Hello ********, we have attempted to have a supervisor call you at least four times to resolve any issues, but have been unable to get a hold of you. TAFS does not lose a payment that comes to us, but if the debtor does not send remittance information with their payment, our team has trouble finding who and what invoice to apply it to. We would like to find a way to make sure these are applied properly, and that you know how to handle an unapplied payment.

      If zero -99 stars was an option that would be my selection. Have been runn*** with this company for over 7 months the s***le worst mistake I have done in my life. This company runn*** like the mob, they dont give two s**** about there customers. Its all about the all mighty dollars and how much they can take from you , people are not exaggerat*** this company will literally put you out for business. Today is 12/01/2022. Just submitted my invoice for payment at 10:30am before the noon time cut off set by them . Shortly after the submitted payment went to reviewed so I called them immediately, no answer. The received the usual 10 minutes wait that never end and requested a call back as offered by the system. Now its 4:27 pm no call back and they pulled my invoice from queue. Now I wont get paid until Monday when I need my invoice paid for Friday to run this weekend this my business it fairly new. This so called company is a f-*** disaster put people out of business with that mob like mentality. Stay far away if your lively hood depends on runn*** your business effectively and profitability.

      Hello ******, we had a supervisor reach out, as there was a verification issue on that invoice. We have given instructions on how to get invoices verified before submitting just in case, especially when your rate confirmations are hand written. Hopefully this fixes the issue. We do not want our clients to go out of business, as we only succeed when our clients do. Thank you.

      Lousy service cant never get through to anyone, and if you do they are so rude that you wish you hadnt. Double charge you even after broker has paid invoice. Complete jerks in my opinion, will not respond when you try and get out of contract. DO NOT USE THIS FACTORING COMPANY!!!!! Theyre the worst!!

      Hello Jazzmine, we are working on the call wait times and you should expect to see improvement very soon. We will listen to these calls regarding your claims of rudeness and handle accordingly. We do not "double charge" carriers. We only charge the fee one time. This is reflected on each Batch Summary Statement. If you would like to get out of the contract, you can refer to section 8 in the contract. Thank you.

      Very unprofessional, disrespectful, steals, taxes your hard earned money with fees not even listed. This company should be shut down. I have had to file a police report and now seeking legal assistance. They have stolen our money. They refuse to release it. They have blocked us from logging in and removed all our invoices. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!SHUT THEM DOWN NOW!!!

      Hello *******, your invoice was not paid because it was moved to delayed advance due to risk of debtor paying you directly. Therefore TAFS will pay you once the debtor pays us. TAFS has not stolen anything, just chosen not to advance funds to you on that invoice. This can be easily seen in the Client Portal. Thank you.

      ZERO starsThese people are the worse. And seeing all the negative comments, its no hope for me Whhyyy didnt I come here before signing up with TAFs? This has been the worst customer service I have experience ever. I've had my account open with TAFS since September 2, 2022 and I'm already ready to end our agreement. I've been over talked, hung up on. **** and *****, if thats really their names are the worse, just terrible at customer service. I was charged $100 from ********************** because I wasnt aware that ************* paid out a load for $500 we completed automatically . I did my due diligence by calling TAFS and ************* to correct the issue and still I was charged by TAFS. However your company, TAFs, can keep my funds for a weeks, remove my bank account information without my knowledge or consent and then proceeded to hang up the phone while I'm trying to resolve this issues that is obviously causing us problems. ***** was extremely unprofessional that I had to ask her not to over talk me as she is a representative of your company and she proceeds to hang up the phone. ****, well she's just tells you what she thinks you want to hear. She never sent the transaction receipt that she said she would to prove they sent the payment she just lied and said my bank returned it. My bank NEVER received the payment. In actuality the error was from your accounting department who didn't use the correct routing number for wires. When we try to call its hours on hours of waiting and sometimes after holding for so long it just hangs up. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND HATE THAT I EVER SIGNED UP.Someone needs to do something about this business as they are taking other companies money and leaving them stuck. I think some lawsuits needs to be taking place now. Too many people with the same complaints and issues

      Hello, we had a supervisor reach out and resolve the bank account issues, and we have also replied to the complaint you filed, as well as sent the funds. The error was because of the legal name on the 1st bank account did not match. Also, as stated in the contract, all payments have to be sent to TAFS from your debtors. Sorry for the inconvenience and please let us know if there are any other issues to resolve.

      This people is running me out of business as you all know guys the trucking business is very challenging this days fuel is high and load arent paying plus Im dealing with a 0 star factoring company that will not help you in anyways you could possibly think. Now Im using there fuel card once I get pay from TAFS I pay any bills I can and save the rest for fuel. I did one load I pay for my truck and trailer and fuel up with the rest of the money to finish the load After that I had some leftover fuel I went and pick up the next one I only had $12 left me the previous load I submitted Tafs didnt wanna pay me for it now all my credit cards are maxed out didnt have nobody to call. I asked for a loan to finish the load they denied me I sat in the pilot parking lot for two days with the load on my back I couldnt run because of fuel before a friend came and helped me out this people have no mercy stay away from them now mind you I did the load to pay for my insurance and to renew my license plate they hold all my money because other broker didnt pay them I make sure I got at bottom of it and all those brokers paid and sent me a remittance but still Tafs doesnt wanna pay me my insurance is about to cancel my tag is expired they wanna shutdown my operation now I cant pay no bills Im totally stuck here they running me out of business last year I wanted to leave they said I submitted the letter to late my point is that if Tafs isnt trying to help a business succeed whats the point of being in business. This people have no soul no mercy. You already have your money I need to get pay to keep going and on top of that they forcing to get a loan on money that the broker already paid to them thats some *******moors operation. Please I really need help !

      Hello *******, we are very sorry this happened to you. According to our records TAFS paid your company on invoices on 11/29 and released reserves on 11/30 once we were able to confirm payment. We have also had someone reach out again about a loan to help as well. Please keep an eye on your aging going forward so there are no surprises if one of your debtors has not paid TAFS. Thank you.
