      If you want to EVER be paid out for your work, DONT factor with TAFS. If you want to be able to reach customer service, DONT factor with **********************. They contact you every day and all day until you get signed, then you can never get anyone on the phone or via email. They have a ridiculous method in place that you have to follow to be released from them also! I have thousands of dollars that hasnt been factored in over a month and I still cant get anyone on the phone! Every time I reach out they claim their call volume is so high you cant get anyone, then you attempt to utilize the call back method and NEVER GET A CALL BACK. This company is a joke and it reflects in all of the other reviews, as well as their performance. TAFS will literally cause you to just quit working because you wont be getting paid so essentially youre working for free. Take the advice of my review and the thousands of others and run from this company! I hope no one else signs with them and they run out of business by way of continuously doing such horrible business!

      Communicating with client services department it is next to impossible this is a very unprofessional company and they probably laugh when they read the comments the biggest issue I have with them is communication

      I highly encourage all new carriers to not get suckered into signing a contract with TAFS. If I knew what I know now, I would have taken my factoring needs elsewhere. They fail to actually read the rate con and BOL and will split invoice from batch. Making them charge you a couple more extra dollars for a mistake they will not admit to. A couple of dollars adds up folks. The biggest issue I have with tafs aside from them raising fees every month, is the call back feature. You can ignore the fact that every 5 minuets while trying to call they suggest a call back. Well if you choose that option, it can be up to 5 hours. And I have the phone records to show proof. Staying on the line is not an option either because you wont get an answer. By the time you know it, the business day is almost up and the brokers are heading home already. Verification team is really unprofessional. Seems like they dont pay attention to detail. I cant wait to get my balance to 0 so I can end this relationship from h***

      They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, do not do business with them ever. They steal your money, they drove me out of business because of these fees that were never mentioned.

      They should train the representatives, they don't know what they're talking about. They don't answer calls, you leave a message and they don't call you back. Today I've been waiting on the phone all day. Every time I send a load I pray to God that it will not fall into the hands of a representative who does not know how to do his job. Right now I have problems with an invoice, they have not contacted the broker and they put it in late advance for no reason. I had credit on my fuel card from them EFS, they changed to Comdata, I got no credit and also I have to pay to put money on a prepaid card. Since I don't do this, the diesel adjustment is discounted on the invoice and when I signed my contract it was with EFS, not with Comdata. . This company is no good, run away from it if you can.Update: They still have my payment withheld even though they told me everything was fine. Tafs received the email because they were listed in the email.

      Out of all the complaints that Ive seen hurled at this company why I never see an attempt to handle the issue you guys hold people hostage in a contract and have no intentions of honoring what you promised to handle I cant even get you guys to answer a phone call to walk through factoring an invoice as was promised I literally can call from my phone and get the whole too busy to answer spill but the moment I call from another number I get an immediate answer

      Hey tafs. How come you don't do Same thing to me?Come on tafs why you ended your Micky mouse agreement? Have you tell people you selling them their own liability free savings and making gains?Thats illegal.have you tell them that you can't use ucc on File if you keep more than what's in your fake agreement?Have you tell people that your fake agreement don't meet the minimum requirements to be back up by a court? Have you tell them that if you hold collateral is to not have liability and is illegal!!Have you tell people you getting their information from federal website and sell that information to third party to illegally put on a ucc?. Have you tell them it's illegal and that's why you don't put your name on in ?Tafs come on tafs the reason you and I couldn't make Love is cause in Spanish we have a says. ((( Perro no come perro))) dog don't eat dog!!!And I still a baby next to big tafs!!But this big dog tafs got freaked when this lil dog woke up ready to play,!!!Come on tafs!!Why you left the playground and run?Lil all I read is people basically starting you trap them in the playground with that fake agreement!Sounds like some of them want to. ????.come on tafs you know I don't cry.       This is very bad company I mean terrible... They are Thieves they steal ,charge extra processing fees when they make mistakes because they don't read ratecons they always say it's our fault.... they lock you in your contract because it has to be zero balance before your anniversary date......think about that ??? Basically can't work 90 days before your anniversary date ( when you signed contract) ....also they don't work for you..YOU WORK FOR THEM......THEY WANT CALL BROKERS HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY....IF SOMETHING WRONG WITH INVOICE NUMBERS....OR ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO DO THE RESEARCH....THEY ARE NO HELP TOO **.... THEY ARE PIMPS......5YRS STUCK....

      This factoring is refusing to send a release letter to a carrier so we can pay them directly they are refusing our pay and charge this carrier back without a release letter I cant pay them directly

      Hello ******, your brokerage has been denied for purchase for all TAFS carriers due to payment over 90 days and non-payment to TAFS. Your company owes TAFS money and we need payment from you ASAP. The carrier you are referring to is still under contract with TAFS so we cannot send a release letter. Any charge back to a carrier is directly related to your lack of payment to TAFS. TAFS will gladly take any payment you can send. Once we receive them, we will release payment back to the carrier in the case of charge back.
