      Out of all the complaints that Ive seen hurled at this company why I never see an attempt to handle the issue you guys hold people hostage in a contract and have no intentions of honoring what you promised to handle I cant even get you guys to answer a phone call to walk through factoring an invoice as was promised I literally can call from my phone and get the whole too busy to answer spill but the moment I call from another number I get an immediate answer

      Hey tafs. How come you don't do Same thing to me?Come on tafs why you ended your Micky mouse agreement? Have you tell people you selling them their own liability free savings and making gains?Thats illegal.have you tell them that you can't use ucc on File if you keep more than what's in your fake agreement?Have you tell people that your fake agreement don't meet the minimum requirements to be back up by a court? Have you tell them that if you hold collateral is to not have liability and is illegal!!Have you tell people you getting their information from federal website and sell that information to third party to illegally put on a ucc?. Have you tell them it's illegal and that's why you don't put your name on in ?Tafs come on tafs the reason you and I couldn't make Love is cause in Spanish we have a says. ((( Perro no come perro))) dog don't eat dog!!!And I still a baby next to big tafs!!But this big dog tafs got freaked when this lil dog woke up ready to play,!!!Come on tafs!!Why you left the playground and run?Lil all I read is people basically starting you trap them in the playground with that fake agreement!Sounds like some of them want to. ????.come on tafs you know I don't cry.       This factoring is refusing to send a release letter to a carrier so we can pay them directly they are refusing our pay and charge this carrier back without a release letter I cant pay them directly

      Hello ******, your brokerage has been denied for purchase for all TAFS carriers due to payment over 90 days and non-payment to TAFS. Your company owes TAFS money and we need payment from you ASAP. The carrier you are referring to is still under contract with TAFS so we cannot send a release letter. Any charge back to a carrier is directly related to your lack of payment to TAFS. TAFS will gladly take any payment you can send. Once we receive them, we will release payment back to the carrier in the case of charge back.

      I really wish this company was even worth doing business with. They hold invoices in submitted batch for days will split batches so you have to pay multiple processing fees then pay you 1 ***** for a $850 load I ran and somehow consider that ethical I would love nothing more than to get out of my contract which I know wont happen due to their shady business practices and trapping people in hard to escape contracts. If you open a trucking company theses people will call dont walk, RUN.

      Hi ******, we had a supervisor reach out to see if there are any issues we can resolve. It seems there was a misapplied payment in your favor, which added funds that were not yours to your account, which you requested and used. Once the mistake was realized several weeks later it made your account negative, so you essentially received a free business loan from TAFS. The invoice you submitted was used to pay back the funds. We hope this clarifies any concerns that are outstanding and hope that our supervisor was able to help. Unfortunately we cannot release anyone from their contract early, but as long as you read and comply with the termination clause in the contract you will be able to get released. Thank you.

      Ive been with TAFS 4 years now. I have even recommended friends to come. Ive always said they are the mafia of factoring, lol because you gotta DIE to get out of your contract. I found out firsthand just how they really move when a truck I was leasing from them got picked up without not ONE notification. For the last 90 days +, weve dealt with our company being framed for $150k in false invoices submitted fraudulently through our company. I submitted every single document that served as proof in attempts of clearing my companys name.11.10.22 is when we realized we had been frauded. I had an account executive from TAFS that spent a few hours with my company figuring out what loads needed to be charged back due to the fraud. Dec. 8th, TAFS worked out a plan for repay, which was a 25% repay off of every load factored to pay off the debt of the $199,000 occurred in fraud. Note*: I made TAFS aware of who committed the fraud as well, considering he also did business with TAFS and has an account with , them.Feb. 10th., TAFS renegotiated the loan & brought the percentage from 25% to 20%. I made it clear that 20% however was still very high , especially with it being only 52 weeks to pay it back. I was going to try to figure it out anyhow considering it seemed as though I had no other options. A week 1/2 later, TAFS terminated my contract AND picked up the truck on the false premises of them saying they spoke with ****** told them I wont be factoring until April. Which never happened! No one called or notified me before picking the truck up. None of this made sense. When you call client services, 85% of the time, they are all clueless

      Hello GMPS, you were leasing a truck from ONE Leasing, and you were more than $2,500 behind in lease payments. An associate from ONE Leasing did speak with someone from your company, and made the decision to pick up the truck. Leasing companies want carriers that pay their lease payments. Your TAFS contract is still in place, and the 20% pay back is also in place. We suggest you file charges against the person that committed the fraud. You have put yourself in this situation and TAFS has been more than generous considering the circumstances. Thank you.

      Dont ever factor with TAFS! We fulfilled our contract by giving a 90 day notice to terminate our contract . They in return charged $10,000 for a buyout fee . They stated this was calculated with charging $10 per invoice . We had roughly 90 invoices. Where in the world did you get a charge of $10,000! We sent numerous emails with vague responses . This is the biggest scam just to charge a substantial amount so they can keep you hostage so you cant factor with another company. We have had numerous issues ranging from being charged back and they had the money but didnt apply it to the account. They recently started a way to get more money out of you when you submit a batch but Tafs would leave off several debtors just to allow you to resubmit the batch to charge additional fees. Dont ever factor with them! Biggest factoring scam company ever! They dont even deserve the one star rating but we had to at least rate that!

      Hello Veneccia, the buyout agreement is an option. The handling fee on a buyout agreement is charged to the other factor – not the carrier/client.  A carrier/client has the option to wait for all the open accounts receivable to be collected, and then get the release letter once the balance is $0. There is no charge for that option. As for the charge backs and misapplied payments, we apologize if that happened and we are happy to send in a payment fix ASAP to get those corrected. We only split batches if we are unable to verify an invoice with the debtor, or if there are paperwork issues. We do not split to earn more fees. Thank you.

      Absolute WORST factoring company *** encountered the past 8 years. Only thing good was my account rep who was thoughtful and did her best to make wrongs right. But overall STAY AWAY from this factoring company. The management is rude and confrontational. They hate to fix anything that happens in error and will demonize your innocence. So may other places to chose from so buyer beware!

      If I could give this scammers, liers , a negative 10 stars I'll do it, the comunication is horrible, can't even email them to resolve very easy problems, DO NOT FALL ON THEIR LIES , THIS PEOPLE ARE THE WORSE NIGHTMARE YOU'LL HAVE TO GET PAID PROPERLY AND ON TIME, THEY CHARGE YOU 15 DOLLARS EXTRA PER INVOICE, YOU WAIT TO FACTOR 7 LOADS AND THEY'LL MADE UP ANYTHING TO GET 3 OR 4 LOADS OUT OF YOUR BADGE TO DOUBLE CHARGE YOU, PLUS ALL THE ***** FEES THEY NEVER TOLD YOU THEY'LL CHARGE, THEIR **** CARD IS ANOTHER SCAMM IF YOU GO ON VACATIONS AND DONT MAKE THE **** QUOTE THEY'LL CHARGE A LOT OF MONEY ON EACH LOAD YOU FACTOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED LIERS

      Hello ****, you can solve problems in multiple ways with TAFS. You can call our Client Services team, and once they open a case you can reply via email to that case. Also, you can solve many invoice issues in the Client Portal or Mobile app. The only reason we would split invoices from a batch is if we were unable to verify a load or the paperwork submitted had some sort of a problem. We are happy to look into the issue for you to make sure it was done properly. If our team made a mistake we will gladly refund the transaction fee. As for the fees, all of them are included in your contract, they are not hidden. It sounds as if you have a fuel commitment on your contract, which means you are getting a great rate if you hit that commitment, but if you miss it, your rate basically goes back up the following month. It is a win-win because you can save hundreds on fuel with the fuel card, and get a lower factoring rate if you hit your commitment again. Thank you.

      ***** Transportation LLC In 2021 I recieved some fuel cards from this company I NEVER used those cards nor did I sign a contract with this company!, this company has filled UCC on my company I need those UCC off of my records please can someone get in contact with me I am trying to reach you guys!

      I wish i could leave a negative 3 stars!!! I am beyond disappointed and completely done dealing with this company. For the last week I have attempted to obtain the services offered to me by TAFS sales people! I have yet to receive the fuel cards or any service for that matter!! Then I come across the hundreds of horrible reviews of unhappy clients and I am here to demand results!Since the service of fuel cards and other accommodations are not being given like agreed upon from the salesman on your side, I feel that is a breach in my contract to which I am no longer interested in pursuing!!! You sale me on Factoring, fuel cards, equipment purchasing programs, great rates, great customer service. And Im meet with none of the above. Nothing but a factoring contract that says I cant leave for a year. Ive never even factored 1 load! I never really did anything except talk to a salesperson who clearly didnt explain Eve thing in detail! And even that wasnt explained to me before I signed. This is a situation that couldve been prevented with a lil help and some great customer service! I am requesting a call from the highest level supervisor to further discuss this matter immediately as the treatment I have received in the past week is unacceptable! According to Comdata, your fuel card account was set up on 1/27/23, and they sent emails to you about welcome and login. They also mailed fuel cards and they were delivered to the address on your account, along with proof of delivery. We are happy to help you move forward with your factoring contract with TAFS, but we will not be releasing you from the contract. TAFS has thousands of happy clients, and we are confident we can deliver excellent factoring services to your company as well.
