      THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY BY FAR. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS. I WOULD HAVE BEEN CX THEM BUT MISSED THE 90 ***** I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN A MONTH. NEVER ANYONE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. IM IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THEM TO THE LABOR BOAD. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

      I have done work with my own truck , but now they are holding our funds hostage in a reserve, because we havent factored in 14 days , Im going to speak with my state labor board on this matter . I guess a form of SLAVERY still exist in this country.

      Hello ******, we had a supervisor reach out to speak with someone on your account on 7/7/23. ********************** provides factoring, which means it makes a decision to advance cash to you based on your customer paying us back later. If your customer does not pay us, we have to make a decision on how to get the money back. We also have to make a decision on whether to buy an invoice, or wait to give the money to the carrier once the broker/customer pays us (delayed advance). Thank you.

      I can't give zero Stars so I have to give one. Stay far away from this company! I really wish I would have looked at the reviews on here before I signed up. I write this in hopes to help others. They strong arm and threaten their customers. Which include threatening emails and phone calls if you don't factor enough. They do not like my hauling confirmation sheet (the company is on their approved list to factor) so they will not pay me until the company pays them and then it's a week to two weeks after (35+ days) and they still charge me a factoring fee. I have emailed and spoken with their "customer service" AND "management" NUMEROUS TIMES, I have provided all necessary documents and they will not call me back email me back or help me. They just ignore me. Currently they want to be linked up with your ELD provider so they can track you. They CANNOT do that per FMCSA. They have no rights to your ELDs. FMCSA said we need to get the consumer protection people involved. They send email stating that if you do not sign up for this tracking software your invoices will take an even longer period of time to factor. Also if you do not give them notice within the 90-day time period, you will be forced to stay in contract for another year. I missed it by 2 days. **************** is rude, threatening,and basically non-existent. I actually had a young lady raise her voice at me, I was shocked, " I am the reason you get a paycheck I thought to myself." I do not have enough characters on here to write all of the things that are completely wrong and disturbing about this company!!!! I just don't understand how they're not shut down when every single review on BBB is like this. You feel like you're going around and around in circles with these people and you get absolutely nowhere. If I can help just one other person to not get trapped with this company I feel it's a good day. "UNETHICAL FACTORING" should be your slogan.

      Basically they stealing money from drivers, who drive hard to make money go far from family, they dont explain and send any notices, they take money from reserve. They dont pickup phone right away. Bad service and bad experience with them. I didnt read when I sign. It is nightmare working with TAFS

      When we try to call them and they put you on hold for hours and still no answer.I submitted the paperwork for the payment for one hour charge. And they never pay and when I check keep saying queued for patch Over two days and still not paying, I called the broker and told me they should pay you on the spot. I have lots of different issues with them also. I can go on and on.I think from the reviews I read, this is the worst factoring company out there..

      The manager **** at tafs called me for months to get me to factor with them. Finally he convinced me. Ran my first load barely had funds for fuel from Burlington ** to ******** **. Long story short I call him he said send over *** and recon, I did. Heard nothing call them finally answered after 2hr but not **** the receptionist said he in a training class but said my company is showing it was dissolve through the Secretary of State. This was on a Monday . I come back to ************** and handled my issue with the *** email tafs Ive sit on hold for 3days all day still no Nico and no cash

      Communicating with client services department it is next to impossible this is a very unprofessional company and they probably laugh when they read the comments the biggest issue I have with them is communication

      I highly encourage all new carriers to not get suckered into signing a contract with TAFS. If I knew what I know now, I would have taken my factoring needs elsewhere. They fail to actually read the rate con and BOL and will split invoice from batch. Making them charge you a couple more extra dollars for a mistake they will not admit to. A couple of dollars adds up folks. The biggest issue I have with tafs aside from them raising fees every month, is the call back feature. You can ignore the fact that every 5 minuets while trying to call they suggest a call back. Well if you choose that option, it can be up to 5 hours. And I have the phone records to show proof. Staying on the line is not an option either because you wont get an answer. By the time you know it, the business day is almost up and the brokers are heading home already. Verification team is really unprofessional. Seems like they dont pay attention to detail. I cant wait to get my balance to 0 so I can end this relationship from h***
