      Wish I could give them negativity star they hire incompetent people they already have bad business practices add incompetence to the mix it screws the trucker there client which they treat as a convict I pray to get out from under them the worst thing ever happened to me is tafs

      I did not choose TAFS, they bought out ***************************, which I loved working with MHC they were always available and willing to help. However TAFS required I factor all my loads, where MHC did not and even sent letters to all the companies I haul for, insuring that I didn't get paid directly. I have now been able to separate myself from them as of Sept. 2021, THANK GOODNESS, However some brokers still have sent payment to them even after the NOR was forwarded to them and yet TAFS has not returned the funds, They do not respond to emails, they do not let you actually speak to anyone in the appropriate department, only customer relations and they state they cannot help or even have access to it in their system. I have asked to speak to management and was told that they also do not have phone numbers for me to speak directly to them. Customer relations just said maybe I should have the brokers contact them directly, yet even ********************* cannot get any responses from TAFS.

      Hello, we have reached out via ******************************** to get remittance information on the payments in question. Our policy is to automatically refund any payments back to the broker/debtor if the client is no longer with TAFS.

      Tafs is the worse factoring company in the world, the will not answer your calls, they hold your money and they change rates without telling you , very bad factoring company do not even talk to these people. They don't even deserve one star.

      TAFS FACTORING is one of the best scam that you will face and they do it legally with states laws and federal laws supporting them. 1). I didnt sign yet they will put lien on me and my business with with these companies FIRST CORPORATE SOLUTIONS and CT CORPORATE SOLUTIONS. TAFS wont tell me. When I asked these companies to reveal the identity of companies that put lien on my business. they refused to reveal these companies names. After I signed with TAFS these lien suddenly disappear. I didnt owed them any money. 2) TAFS have great workers that are well train to sweet talk to you all great programs they have if you factoring contract with them. After I sign with them that was the beginnings my nightmare.3) After I signed with them they sent me two fuel cards. They told me to activate them which I did. They have all kinds discounts you need fuel and tires and breakdown. The cards never worked. When you called them they want you to call fuel department but Dont put your hope up. The fuel cards dont work. These fuels cards are prepaid. 4). They 3% from the invoice was a lie but it is 42%. 5). I submitted to TAFS my invoice $1700. I have to download their apps and do it from it. First they told me I submitted $200 on my bank that was a lie. and I resubmitted it for the rest of the invoice price. They told me it was the money was fuel card that was another lies. 6). I kept calling them and sometimes I spent 9 hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone. Two months later i called to terminate my contract with them. They want me to sign more papers and I refuse because I still didnt get pay for $1700. Finally they agreed to payed me of the $1700 they paid me *******. They stole $670.89. I asked them why they said it is background check and security. 7)THEY NEVER KEEP THEIR WORDS WITH ALL THEY COMPLAINTS, THEY WONT RELEASE YOU FROM THE CONTRACT. THEY WILL KEEP FOR A YEAR OR MORE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY

      Run. They force you to use their fuel card or pay extra fee, their fuel card is not good. They force you to use four kites tracking. It takes a long time to reach anyone with questions and when you do, there is a language barrier. They are very slow processing invoices and will not process until broker responds. I have been with them for 8 years, doing 2m-3m gross per year and we are pulling our account with them. We had 7 trucks also leased from their other company, One Leasing which is another joke. These folks are going to continue to loose large accounts such as mine as the impose more ridiculous restrictions.

      Disrespectful, unavailable and incompetent, at the beginning of 2023 they changed fuel card provider from EFS to Comdata and ever since its been nothing but headaches. You call customer support and nobody knows anything, I have to wait days for a return call for a problem they created. Once I had to wait a month, its documented! I hope TAFS reads this review, you suck!Stay away from TAFS unless you want to complicate your life and your business.

      TAFS started out being a decent factoring *** in 2010 when our business signed on .Our company was fully funded at the time .I have been since 2022/April-July trying to get a release letter to no avail.Over the years they have gotten rid of the personal reps ,client services can't help with hardly anything and dictating what tracking company to use ;when that is a violation of our contract.This Company has deteriorated into a non caring ,greedy agency that changes rules to suit themselves .We do not owe them anything all of our loads have been paid ,by no help from TAFS because eveytime there was a problem I had to fix it; EX. they were not getting paid for a detention load I called the company and TAFS was sending a blank invoice, once I had a bill with a amount on it, the was paid right away.I got a condescending phone call from TAFS Supervisor ************ wanting to know why we were not putting loads through . I explained there were some medical issues being addressed before we would run again and I also sent a letter to TAFS to get my release letter that was signed for by TAFS . ************ said I would get the letter in **** ,now I gave them notice in April and July 2022. I just want my reserves returned and a letter of release and I was told after they recieved my letter and signed for July 7 I would get my letter. No Way should it take a year to get my letter and my reserves being Held.If I could a minus star for rating I would

      I just got off the phone with a TAFS representative stating that if I dont sign up with Four Kites and give them access to my ELD information they will be delaying my factoring payments. This is unacceptable, and illegal. No third party has any legal authority to require me to give my ELD information without my approval, and to change them contract to force me to without first renegotiating that contact. Threatening to delay the processing of my bills is in direct conflict to the terms we agreed to.

      TAFS policy requiring that its clients provide GPS records to TAFS confirming the delivery of any loads associated with any invoices purchased by TAFS is a risk management effort and is authorized by the Factoring Services Agreement all clients sign.

      It is incredibly sad that I have to be writing this review because when I signed up with Tafs I thought they were a good and professional company! Almost one year later my stress level and blood pressure is through the roof due to this company. They are very unprofessional, they charge you to do their jobs for them and not to mention how rude they are when you express your concerns for them not following through on what they promise in the contract!This company has charged back loads that they were paid for before the charge back. They also invoice a broker incorrectly and then did not take accountability when they did not get paid for almost 4 months when the broker reached out to let them know the problem they did not even reply to the broker, I had to be the one to figure it out and now the broker has sent out the funds they still are holding on to funds. I do not want to deal with this company, their lies and lack of care for their clients anymore. They refused to let me go and said the contract will be automatically renewed and I cannot risk my health dealing with TAFS anymore. I cannot get anyone to call me on time I always have to be waiting for 24hours to 48 hours for a "supervisor" to read what is in their system and offer little to no help!IF you want your company to succeed don't sign up with this factoring company!

      No transparency here. every invoice gets slammed with new large fees close to $100 customer service won't help you out but only feed more lies.you hold for an entire day waiting for an opportunity to speak with someone who hangs up on you.your locked threw ucc lein from day one that tour forced to pay. I urge you to stay away from Tafs
