            Purchased a Groupon and attempted to schedule appointment multiple times. Spoke to someone via text a couple of times. I have saved the text string. Tried to follow directions and emailed company. It took several attempts to get a reply. Nov ************************* attempting to schedule they went silent and then apologized as there was a death in family. Service scheduled for Dec 15 and they did not show up. I called and text and they text back finally that their truck was broken down and rescheduled for following wednesday, Dec 22. This time no show, no call and I have tried multiple times to contact them by phone and by text with no response. The phone now has an automated voice response and no ability to leave a message. My Groupon now says it was redeemed on December 19. Not so! That was a Sunday and I can assure you my headlights have not been serviced. My Groupon was $27
