The consumer's rebuttal is that the credit has not been removed. We cannot arbitrarily remove an entry from the credit without proof that the entry is invalid. We must report accurate information to the credit reporting bureaus. Our records indicate the charges are valid. The consumer has not provided information indicating the charges are not valid. The contract was not signed with Caine & Weiner. The client, Progressive, must provide the original contract.
