    The debt is for auto insurance with Progressive.  We collect on behalf of our client, Progressive.  Our records indicate that we forwarded the initial letter to the consumer on July 29, 2022, to the address provided by our client.  The original contract would have to be secured through ********************** The account has been closed as disputed in our office.  We will send a request to the credit reporting agencies to have this account removed from the consumer's credit report.  This request may take up to 45 days to be reflected on the consumer's credit report.  As a 90-year-old company, Caine & Weiner wants to help consumers in any way possible.  We encourage the consumer to call our office at ************ and ask for a manager for further assistance.     I have a credit report on my credit card and idk how I got this because I dont remember owing them anything at all so I was wondering if yall can help

    The consumer's provided information did not match records in our system. The consumer's name, address provided, email, and telephone number does not match to any account in our system.  If it is possible that the account was established under a previous address, that address would be helpful.  Our office wishes to assist the consumer in any way possible.
