1 starI only received a scanned image of this mailing from the post office distribution center. I never received this mailing though. Having lost several important pieces of mail before, I'm glad they actually lost junk mail addressed to me. Thankful for those who reported this was another mail scam. 1 starI recently purchased a car and after like 4 months I got this pink letter saying I need to contact them because my warranty is gonna expire, Im new to this and I was not sure what this was but I did purchase warranty thru the dealer and I thought it was the warranty thru the dealer who sent me that letter and I spoke to a representative and he shared that I have a expensive car and how parts for it is very expensive and I would get a lot of things covered in case something happens to my vehicle and he stated ever Thats will be covered with the warranty and there is a one time payment of $276.83 so me not knowing anything about how warranty works and thinking its thru the dealership I gave him my card number to pay the one time fee , today 7/24/2024 I got a message from my bank fraud department asking if I attempted to make a payment of $276.83 and I said no , I called my bank and they cancelled my card and put a stop to this scammers I let the bank know that company said it will be a one time payment and I never authorize anything else , I was out the country in June so I wasnt really checking my account summary , my bank notified me that in June they took another payment of $276.83 so Im disputing because as I stated it was supposed to be a one time payment and nothing further , this company needs to get shut down I am going to look into getting a attorney because they are lying to customers I am not sure how they got my information to send me a letter fooling me but I will be filling a complaint against this company and I will be speaking to a attorney , I think everyone this company fooled and lied to needs to get a arrested!!Sky Auto Protection

We have reviewed your call to our office on May 21, 2024 where you called to inquire about a solicitation to purchase an extended warranty. At no point did the offer state, nor did the agent imply, that we were the dealership. Nor did you ever ask clarification. The representative provided you details on the coverage and cost, and was even able to get your payments reduced from $305.48 to ****** which you sounded very happy about and proceeded to payment method where once again, the sales representative reiterated the fee would be $****** recurring for the first year and a half or until the mileage on your car reaches 101 thousand miles, whichever occurs first.
On 07/22/2024, you called the customer ********************** line and requested the cancellation of the coverage, and the representative assisted in completing the cancellation.

5 starsI gotta give a shoutout to the folks in customer **********************. I was in a real bind this month with my payment. Called them up, expecting the usual automated runaround, but nah, I got a real human on the line right away. Her name was *****, super friendly and patient. I explained my situation tight budget this month, struggling to make ends meet. They actually came up with a couple of options to help me out. Honestly, Ive dealt with my fair share of customer ********************** headaches, but this was a refreshing change. Props to ***** and the team.Sky Auto Protection

1 starThey won't cover anything short of a new part breaking do to manufactory error. Do not buy if you are purchasing used. I'm going through something as simple as a improper catalytic converter install, and because it was not the original part, they won't cover anything.Sky Auto Protection

1 starPurchased a new vehicle a few weeks ago, got this pink letter in the mail with ominous wording. I was confused considering I already had coverage for my vehicle. 1 starAbsolute scammers. I called and asked them how many fall for this scam, and they hung up on me. They send you a pink paper about your cars extended warranty in the mail in an attempt to scare you into paying them money. Do NOT give these fraudsters money.Sky Auto Protection

Based on the limited information provided above we are not able to confirm you were mailed a solicitation to purchase a service agreement.
If you did receive one, they are often mailed to consumers who recently purchased a new vehicle. Once the advertisement is received, the consumer can choose to call for additional information regarding the service agreement or they can simply discard the advertisement. The advertisement clearly states Sky Protection is not affiliated with any dealer or manufacturer warranty.

1 starWish I could give zero stars. Just a scam company looking to get information from you. I got a letter in the mail from them with bright pink paper, but upon reading the letter it sounded extremely suspicious. So I called the dealership I purchased my car from a couple months ago and I was told to ignore the letter as it was a scam. 1 starYeah they got me - beware. I'm usually vigilant & aware of scams but my credit card flagged this as fraud after 2 payments and I did some digging. Reported to the ************************** Fortunately I was able to cancel (and asked for the cancelation confirmation code, we'll see if it actually was canceled) by being firm and direct with the call agent, and put a subsequent freeze on the affiliated CC. The urgent letters were really concerning, and looking back I never received any letters with my first car - purchased through nearly identical methods several years ago (same dealer, same everything).Sky Auto Protection
