  I received a letter stating I've not contacted them to secure a vehicle service agreement. There is no business name on the letter, and it mentions our car year, make, and model. We just purchased this car with an extended warranty, and this letter insinuates our warranty is not active. While not outright fraudulent, it's extremely misleading.

You received a marketing solicitation offering you the opportunity to purchase a vehicle service contract. Offers are typically made to consumers who recently purchased a used vehicle in the event the dealership did not offer you the option to purchase one. Our office does not have the capability of know if you have previously purchased a service contract through another company.

  SCAM.Their telephone operators (i called 3x) all had different answers as to how they had any of my information. 2/3 were rude and confrontational when i asked them. the other was non chalant and eager to sign me up with a 'warranty' for an undisclosed vehicle. my 1989 lebaron. Look up the address as well, no record of SA - Activation Protection. These are who ****** lists at that address: Deli Time ***** ***** Broker at ********** ************************************ WealthCare Advisors ************************* Please shut them down.

  My name is ***** and I activated coverage with Sky auto protection and I know the importance of having coverage because ***airs are not cheap. How ever I was having bad luck and the issues I ran into were unfortunately not part of the coverage. During this time I called to inform the *** that right now this isnt working for me and I might reconsider in the future. They were very professional and canceled it out for me and even informed me that I would be receiving a refund. I had no idea I was going to get anything back for cancellation the coverage. I wanted to leave this review because i appreciate the way they handled my situation and Im extremely satisfied and I will be calling back for my new vehicle.

  I am an elderly person and **** was very patient with me. He explained everything in detail. No pressure sales tactics. Just genuinely wanted to help me get into a new policy. It is people like **** that makes customers like me become new clients and/or repeat customers. He was polite, professional, informative, and respectful.   I'm always suspicious of any letter, email, or phone call from someone I don't know saying I need to "Activate Coverage by xx/xx/xxxx". That's usually the first flag. Secondly, just because I may have bought a used vehicle, doesn't mean you can prey on people to make your living. A business should never directly solicit services. The letter should have stated that "This is an attempt to solicit services", not "our records indicate that you have not contacted us to secure a vehicle service agreement for your XXXX vehicle".Then you ask me to call a phone number and provide my VIN? That's suspect on multiple levels. Why would I provide you with information that could be used to get the vehicle title in your names?Lastly, In your return address, it's even more suspect to have "SP - Activation Services" as the business name. Be a proud business and put your full business name in the return address like:Sky Auto Protection Activation Services *********************************************** You're paying for the advertisements, might as well get your money's worth.And colored paper? That makes it seem urgent.Scammy and Scummy all in one.Amend your practices, chaps.
