      I called and signed up for service, then changed my mind within the 30 day window. I spoke to someone named **** who was horrifically rude. He refused to accept my no, talked over me, interrupted me, put me on hold for awhile, came back on the line and asked if I'd calmed down yet. I'm so incredibly angry at his rude disgusting behavior. BEWARE signing up with this company. They have a terrible rating on other websites. I feel they're scammers.

      I contacted them with questions about using my coverage because my car actually just broke down and found out I had complimentary roadside assistance I didnt know about, which was nice because I was about to call a tow truck myself and pay to get my car to the dealer. The agent was super helpful and saved me money

      Ive been waiting since July 17th for a refund from Sky Auto protection. I was told I would get the money sent back to my account in 7-10 business days. It is now August 2nd and Im still waiting.

      Our office has been able to confirm that the refund was processed on July 17th via check. Checks can take 4-6 weeks for the customer to receive.

      Fatima * is spot on - I also got the scam pink letter - they get a list of new VEHICLE owners and send them a PINK letter - then the letter lends itself to a customer to feel the ********************** they bought from the dealer is about to expire --- ANYONE *UYING A NEW CAR AND GETS THIS. PINK LETTER WILL ASSUME ITS FROM THE DEALER. ----- they use language like OUR RECORDS INDICATE YOU CONTACTED US TO ACTIVATE A SERVICE AGREEMENT - THIS IS FRAUD. I never contacted them - never heard of them. I contacted my dealership. - they confirmed fraud I GAVE A ONE STAR REVIEW - because that was the lowest. there is no star for fraud

      Thank you for the feedback. These advertisements are typically sent to consumers of recently purchased vehicles. We ask that you re-review the letter you received. Sky Protection is a marketer of vehicle service contract for third party service contract companies. The letter contains a prominent box wherein it advises the recipient that Sky is not associated with a dealer or the car manufacturer. Additionally, in this same box it identifies the name of the service contract companies depending on your state of residency.We have removed your name from any future mailings.

      Thank you for having this information out there. I also received the pink letter and was offered the world. I called to investigate legitimacy, when they wouldnt let me call back in a few days to pay, saying it will cost more, I need to take advantage of today only deal.. then offering to take my cc number to have on file until Monday, plus googling while on phone with them, I knew. I also called the dealership and they confirmed the scam. Im thankful for the folks that share their experiences to warn the rest of us. :)
