      They are scammers and INCREDIBLY RUDE. It was my first time buying a car and I purchased the warranty through my dealership. Then I get something in the Mail from Sky protection telling me that I needed to reach out to them as soon as possible before my coverage expires. When I reached out to them, they required one "activation fee " Over $200 that I paid. Unbeknownst to me, I paid it as I thought it had to do with activating the warranty that I got with the dealership. Not once they mentioned recurring payments. Today I got a call that they needed a recurrent payment from me. Then, when I realized that they had nothing to do with the dealership warranty that I initially got, I called and asked for a refund. They were incredibly rude and refused to give me a refund. They were very disrespectful and predatory. Beware! They will take advantage of you.

      Sky Protection is a marketer of vehicle service contracts through third party service contract companies. The Solicitation specifically discloses to you the consumer, that Sky Protection is not affiliated with any dealer or manufacturer. You received the solicitation in the event you chose not to purchase a service agreement through the dealer you purchased the vehicle from. During the sales call, customer ********************** team member fielded your call and to activate coverage at your request. During the call, the team member disclosed on two occasions the fee for the contract was recurring for the first 18 months advising the fee would be debited via EFS for the first year and half (18 months). They even clarified per your request that the payment would be in addition to loan payment. The first disclosure occurred at the time of the offer, with the second after you provided your credit card information to draft your account. If we can be of further assistance, please notify this office.

      I had a weird noise coming from my engine so I called to check if my warranty covered it. They suggested a nearby shop to take it to get looked at. Took my car in and they handled everything with the warranty. I would highly suggest going with them if you want an easy time with no headaches

      Called to cancel and the person could not have been more rude and snide. Asked why I was canceling. Too much money I said. Told him I might have coverage through work. Said "well I see everything about your car. What specifically do you have besides us? Can you be more specific?" "No, just cancel the plan" "Well I've got plenty of customers to help here, but clearly you don't know what you're talking about. Goodbye." Do not call these people if you receive this trash

      I had called today to cancel my vehicle warranty with Sky ***** I was extremely uncomfortable on the phone. The employer on the line kept talking over me and was extremely pushy in keeping the warranty with them. I had to tell him several times I wanted to cancel until he finally gave me a confirmation code for cancellation and hung up. I didnt even get a word in to talk about the potential of getting some kind of refund. I had spent a lot of money for a warranty I never used once. I didnt appreciate being spoken to that way and it genuinely shook me up. I found it really weird that my monthly payment of $252 suddenly could bump all the way down to $148 just because I wanted to cancel?

I also see that the sales representative tried to explain the benefits of keeping the service contract and offered you a significate discount to help with your financial situation but ultimately, you proceeded with finalizing the cancellation as requested.If there is anything we can assist you with in the future, please let us know.

      Do not listen to the 5 stars review, probably all from by the company. This business is a scam. They send you a pink letter pretending your car warrantee is about to expire, but they have morning to do with your car. Please read other one star review!!

You received the solicitation in the event you chose not to activate a service agreement through the dealer you purchased the vehicle from. Additionally, in this same box it identifies the name of the service contract companies depending on your state of residency. We also do not have any record of you contacting us.       I misunderstood that this was a third party warranty company when I got their letter. I thought it was a letter from my dealer warranty. I didn't realize it until the next month and when I called to cancel the coverage they waived the cancellation fee and gave me a refund. Despite not having kept them they seem to do business legitimately.

      The claims process was really easy. I called in and they directed me to the claims department and the claims department handled everything with my dealer themselves. I also did like that I was not on hold forever like other companies. Out of all the times Ive called in I never had to wait long

      I used to be with endurance until i found this company. The reason for switching was that their pricing and the coverage I got was unbeatable. The person helping me made sure of it and I felt that my business mattered here. If you decide to go with them ask for **** he makes it easy and simple.
