      Like every single other person complaining here, they got me as well because they are clearly taking advantage of the inexperienced. Claiming to be something I need and as soon as they pick up I am straightforwardly bombarded with quick questions to proceed with the "activation" to which I specifically stated I couldn't afford monthly payments, while assuring me that it was a one time thing. Just to be contacted about it after months and that's when in the middle of the phone call I realized I was scammed. Called to make my cancellation just to have a sarcastic response when they clearly know what they're doing. I WASN'T GIVEN A REFUND!!!! I want my refund for that first month before I realized someone was withdrawing money from my account. I was misinformed and LIED to

According to our records, on July 31. 2023, you contacted our customer ********************** line to set up a vehicle service agreement for your vehicle. During that call, our representative outlined the comprehensive coverage benefits, as well as the associated payment plan, for the service agreement. Throughout the conversation, there were no inquiries or requests for additional clarification on your part nor any statement that you could not afford monthly payments. On October 18, 2023, at your request, our customer ********************** representative assisted you in canceling the contract,and the cancellation was processed accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

      I got a mail notice to activate a vehicle service agreement. I did not sign up for any warranty through this company. This is clearly harassment from an illegitimate company.

      Like others, we got scammed. They totally represent themselves as being our original bought by the dealership. **** was incredibly rude and has no right to be in Customer **********************. The first payment was to activate (like others) and I thought it was for the extended warranty purchased at the dealership. Then I received the 2nd charge and I called to see what was going on and learned it was in addition to our original extended warranty. The big question is HOW do they get your information so quickly? The dealership says they do not give out personal information but I take that at 50/50. It's truly disgraceful.

      I received the offer in the mail. I called and got my services activated. Im not sure about the rest of the ratings but I heard when they mentioned a recurring payment while my activation process. I later got my booklet in the mail with all the details about whats covered along with what isnt. If you are like me, you want to know exactly what you are paying for! We all work hard for our money. If you also take the time to review the booklet like I did, it shows your payments. I did get transferred over to billing as the due date didnt work out with it being at the beginning of the month. All I have to say is that they accommodate and listen to your needs. Ill be recommending to my family and friends.

      The absolutely biggest scam! Was informed a one time up front fee. Then got charged monthly. The representatives all give ***************** each time we call. ************ just hung up on us. Headed to the bank now to get charged reversed! But BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!

      SCAM!VERY MISLEADING mail and call center.At no time did they mention in the call that this is for an extended vehicle protection. When I asked "Is this in addition to the exist*** manufacturer/dealership warranty?", the person said that this would be to activate said warranty which is a big f-*** FAT LIE! The big indicator that it is a scam is they have provided me with no information whatsoever as to what vehicle they are talk*** about and kept ask*** me to provide them the *** and vehicle info.Don't fall for their schpeil! And do not give them your *** info and all.Shame on you. And shame on bbb for allow*** these unfair mislead*** sales tactics after all these user reports.

The request for your vehicle identification number was primarily to provide you with an accurate quote, should you have been interested in learning more about our service. The vehicle identification number assists the representative in confirming the make and model year as well as the engine size and any special features of the vehicle when quoting the offer through preferred service contract companies. However, we understand your concerns and have taken the necessary steps to remove you from our offer list.       100% a scam. They send you mail after purchasing a new vehicle that is deliberately misleading. While they claim in all of their responses to complaints that they make it clear that they offer a new service, the mail they send just says you need to call to activate your warranty. This is a predatory practice and this company should have a case against them. It remains to be seen if they attempt to charge me monthly, as I was told that I would charged immediately and then after a year and that is it.

Subsequently, you made the purchase.However, on September 26, 2023, we were notified you initiated a chargeback through your banking institution, resulting in the cancellation of your vehicle service contract. In response, on October 6, 2023, we made efforts to communicate with you, ensuring that you were aware of the status.
