Be very careful with this, these people. I made my first payment as the agent told me it was for 100 thousand miles. *** a month later I receive another bill, I called to ask and the agent tells me that it is to cover the 4-year warranty. That???? I canceled immediately and asked for my refund but they didn't accept it. I lost my money. Scam.

After finding out these guys were scamming people I immediately cancelled. The representative on the phone was incredibly rude to me when I simply expressed I wanted to cancel. I spoke with my dealership as well and I was 100% being scammed. They took 230 dollars from me every month. Nothing but a bunch of lowlife thieves. They get you by the misleading yellow letter in the mail basically pretending theyre a part of the dealership you purchased your vehicle from. I hope all of you enjoy your warm spot in h***

I was able to get a full refund from Sky Auto Protection. Heres how to do it:1. After realizing they were a separate entity not connected to my actual auto warranty that I already had, I canceled their service immediately.2. I asked for a full refund. They told me that I needed to get the odometer on my vehicle notarized by either the car dealership or my bank. In order to do this, they needed to provide a form, but I was told by multiple representatives that they dont have a form for such things.3. I had them speak directly to the Notary at my bank, and she informed them that she would not notarize a blank document, as that would not be a legitimate or legal document. It is their responsibility to provide a form, not anyone elses.4. At this point we were put in contact with one of the supervisors. He said that he no longer needed the notarized document, but still wanted a picture of the *** # and the odometer. He also asked for documentation that we had an auto warranty prior to activating their Sky **** warranty.5. I provided them the Vin #, a picture of the odometer, and a document proving that we already had an active warranty.6. A day later I got a call asking for confirmation of my mailing address & they sent a complete refund. It took over a month for it to arrive, which was normal and expected, but it did get ******** did get refunded for every *****.I hope this helps for anyone going through the same situation. It was a lot of hoops to jump through, but the whole thing was resolved to my satisfaction. The people at Sky Auto Protection were polite and resolved this matter quickly.

Just got their letter in the mail. Fortunately I looked them up before calling, but this company is clearly scamming people. First off they make the letter seem like its from the company associated with the dealership where I purchased my car, they word it in a way that makes it sound like I already signed up for their service and Im about to run out of time and lose my chance to extend the warranty beyond my original one, and Ive read tons of complaints that they tell you on the phone that you pay a one time fee then get charged that same fee every month, so I decided to call. The guy did everything he could to make it sound like this was a part of my original warranty without saying it. I had to ask him three times if they were in any way affiliated with my dealership or factory warranty company, or if they were a separate company just trying to offer a separate service. Finally he admitted they have nothing to do with the original warranty or dealership. Pretty foul if you ask me. And besides all of this, who in their right mind would pay $200 a month to a company for basic service and repairs on a brand new car? Clearly it would be cheaper just to pay for my repairs on my own if it came to it. Shame on you guys for basing your entire business on tricking people into thinking this is something they need. No thanks. Please remove me from your list.

Predatory tactics to get you to buy an extended car warranty. Soon after buying a new car from a dealership they send a letter in the mail and make it seem like your vehicle is at risk if you do not register with them by a certain date. Common scam tactics. The company name is not clear on the letter and they did not say what their company name was until we repeatedly asked the sales person on the phone.

The offer sent out to you is for a Vehicle Service Contract, which is intended to provide coverage for your car beyond the manufacturer's warranty. It is possible that our offer was also intended for an older vehicle you may have had. We aim to help our customers protect their investment in their vehicles, whether they are new or old.
