  Deceptive advertisitng practices - this company sends letters in the mail appearing to be urgent notices about activating coverage for a vehicle. Wording includes:"Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to activate a vehicle service agreement for your VEHICLE."This could easily fool someone into thinking that there is an urgent need to contact and protect your vehicle. Despicable practice and this company should be held liable for this. Please beware if you receive any communications from this company and do NOT call the number.

  Complete scam. Two weeks after purchasing my vehicle I got a notice in the mail stating I needed to activate my warranty with them and if I didnt there would be penalties.

  Ok so i got a letter in the mail saying that my vehicle warranty will expire in a few days and that sky auto protection will extend my warranty for my vehicle i just purchased, me thinking it was legit, i went ahead and made a phone call to the company, the guy who i spoke to told me it would be a one time fee of $219 for my extended warranty, come to find out they have been charging me to $219 a month since 1/6/23, since then they charged me a total of $3500, so when i call today, the guy was trying to convince me that i had 2 more payments and the rest of my coverage will be free of charge and i told him i wanted a refund and he started being rude with after i requested a refund. Then he tells me he cant refund my money at all and kept going on and on asking me did i hear what he said and then said he would send me an email in writing about my whole coverage, i dont know what that *** was trying to pull on me but it he failed claiming im throwing away $3500, all im asking is for a full refund and my so called coverage canceled!

  Our records indicate you contacted us on January 6, 2023 regarding an offer to set up a vehicle service agreement.During the call, the representative provided you with detailed information about the coverage and cost associated with the coverage, which was reiterated twice during the call.Subsequently, you opted to proceed and set up the coverage.
  
  On May 8, 2024, you contacted our office again to cancel the coverage, and the representative promptly processed the cancellation per your request. Should you desire, you are welcome to contact us again ************, and we will be happy to discuss the prorated refund policy with you.

  0 stars if possible. This company is complete and utter garbage and all they want to do is steal your money. Do not trust this company at all. Please look at all the reviews and make a informed decision.

  We're sorry you feel this way. Sky Protection is a marketer of vehicle service contracts for third party service contract companies. Sky Protection provides a valued opportunity for consumers to make an informed decision whether to purchase coverage to protect their investment and have thousands of satisfied customers nationwide. If you received a mailer from Sky, the solicitation was an opportunity as a consumer, to choose whether to activate a service contract in the event the dealer did not offer you an opportunity to purchase one when you purchased your vehicle. Sky Protection does not have access to whether any consumer may have purchased coverage through another company. Based on the limited information provided, name only, we are unable to locate you in our system, therefore, we are not able to confirm you received a mailer or to remove you from any future mailings. If you would like to send to the BBB a copy of the mailer you received to forward to our office, Sky will research this matter further to remove him from any future mailing list.

  SPAM- Do NOT fall for their scam.I agree with others posters. Sky Protection (***********************************************) should stop casting wide nets and seeing who falls prey to their scam tactics and swindling $$ out of hard working peoples' wallets.I spoke with "leadership" ************************* (AKA Irish-American detective in the *************************** from television series The Wire). Unless this person also works a side job as a LEAD ACTOR IN A POPULAR TV SERIES, seems the entire company is a scam. Why else would they provide a fake name for an employee? What is there to hide?Shame on you. Stop with your ********. Don't even respond to my comment with your copy & paste ******** PR response. Take accountability and ownership for your scamming tactics. If you're going to keep doing it, may as well take ownership for your s***** behaviors.

  Not sure how they got my information. Most likely through the dealership I purchased my car from sold my information to garbage companies like this. DO NOT pay anything to this company. If I can give ZERO stars, I would. They should be put out of business.

  I don't know how they got my info and scammed me for 2 months when I called them, the customer ********************** guys were mocking me telling me I can report them to the police or whoever I want they are not going to refund me the $400 they had already charged my card. I am going to report them to ********** Division of Consumer Affairs.

  Sky Protection is a marketer of vehicle service contract through third party service contract companies. The solicitation specifically discloses to you, the consumer, that Sky Protection is not affiliated with any dealer or manufacturer. Our coverage can be utilized at any certified repair shop of your choosing. You received the solicitation in the event you chose not activate a service agreement through the dealer you purchased the vehicle from. Sky Protections customer ********************** team member fielded your call to activate coverage. During the call on February 16, 2024, the team member disclosed on two occasions the fee for the contract was recurring for 24 months. We wouldnt have access to your personal information unless it is specifically provided by you. Our office also does not have the capacity to know if you previously purchased coverage through another company. On April 18, 2024, our agent was able to assist you with the cancelation process per your request. As a courtesy, we fully refunded your down payment.
