            These are the issues I am struggling with:1. Purchased games unable to be downloaded and; therefore, used 2. Very poor to non exitent customer service 3. Their refusal to respond to emails or address the issues 4. Their refusal to provide a refund for games that cannot be downloaded 5. Their refusal to supply me the purchased games on DVD So, I purchased FS22 Platinum Edition and went to their download Portal to download the game. I click on the download button andnothing appears to happen other than blank and or empty folders appear on my desktop and nothing else. GIANTS so called Tech Support informed of the problem and they "blame" my internet for not fully downloading the files. Garbage! Have tried dowqnloading the game 6 or 7 times and the best I get is a "document" that is a round **** GB in size. Clicking on the document brings up a "how do you want to open the file" thing; however NOTHING will open it!Giants has been informed of this and NOW they refuse to respond to my emails. I am being 100% ignored probably because I complained about their stuff not working.
