These are the issues I am struggling with:1. Purchased games unable to be downloaded and; therefore, used 2. Very poor to non exitent customer service 3. Their refusal to respond to emails or address the issues 4. Their refusal to provide a refund for games that cannot be downloaded 5. Their refusal to supply me the purchased games on DVD So, I purchased FS22 Platinum Edition and went to their download Portal to download the game. I click on the download button andnothing appears to happen other than blank and or empty folders appear on my desktop and nothing else. GIANTS so called Tech Support informed of the problem and they "blame" my internet for not fully downloading the files. Garbage! Have tried dowqnloading the game 6 or 7 times and the best I get is a "document" that is a round **** GB in size. Clicking on the document brings up a "how do you want to open the file" thing; however NOTHING will open it!Giants has been informed of this and NOW they refuse to respond to my emails. I am being 100% ignored probably because I complained about their stuff not working.Initial Complaint

01/25/2023 ************************* *************************** I purchased Farming Simulator 22. I activated the activation key and downloaded the product onto my computer (game). After the game was downloaded we went in to play. We were able to get as far as picking the land that we wanted to farm. When we clicked on the land we wanted to farm the game would stop at 22% for downloading and wouldn't go any further. We would quit the game and go back in, and also tried restarting our computer a few times. We than decided to try the game on our xbox, instead of computer and purchased ANOTHER activation key for that. It did work on our xbox. I emailed ********************************************************* to ask for a refund on the purchase of the computer game. I did tell them the issues that we were having and that nothing worked to fix it. They told us they were not giving us a refund because we had activated the activation key. Even though we weren't able to actually play the game (they should be able to see that on their end), they wouldn't offer any resolution other than asking us to do something to fix it that we 100% didn't understand (we aren't computer saavy when it comes to issues with games and fixing them). We want a refund in the amount of $49.99Initial Complaint

I bought a pc game it will not work need be updated but the game update website is down I have been fighting with it January I have email they said do this and it still want work then they said return it but it out of the 30 day
