      Dear Home Solutions, I am so "Disappointment in the way your people handle my "situation at the time I needed you the most.On 7/4/2023 my "Air-Condition unit stop working, this is after your "Technician came out to service my "Air-Condition unit on 6/2/2023, clam#*******. The "Technician looked at two pips that are connected to the unit inside, on the floor there was some "oil, he ripped one pip, and went outside to charge the unit with "Freon.On 7/4/2023 around 5:pm, the "Air-Condition begin to blow "HOT-Air, I called "Home-Solution and ask if someone could come back out because there are two "Senior-Citizen living here. I was told no one could be out until 4 business days, the "Temperature in the house at that time was 93%.I called back and talk to "**** "Clam# *******, and was told that was not an "Emergency, so they ask me if there was a gas leak, I said no but with to "Senior-Citizen in that kind of heat it was.I called another company when they came out, the same pip (you're) "Technician wiped there was a leak, it was repaid, it cost me $600.00 for the repair, so can you reimburse me? ***** N

      I have a warranty contract. I called for service and no one called back. I called again and was cut off. I gave them my claim number no response. Not getting a service that pay for monthly not sure if I was speaking to someone in ***************** that understands the situation. Been waiting for over three weeks for plumbing service

      I am very disappointed in the program. I pay for the whole home warranty and called to have my dishwasher fixed and was told they didnt have anyone in the area so I had to do it on my own and submit for reimbursement. It has bee. Over 4 weeks I waited for my reimbursement and then they said they never received it and email it again. Which I did and waited another 4 weeks and then called and told it was denied. I had everything approved prior to having the work done to ensure it was covered. I asked to speak for the reimbursement department and am told there is no number and only can be emailed.

      Terrible service and after I canceled continue to bill *****. Waited 2.5 months for my garage door reimbursement money I pd up front, had company send complete itemized detailed service bill i pd. and was told No they are not paying even though I had full coverage. The kicker is I went 24 hrs with no service to my home no calls, no emails because they are under no contract with a garage door repair business. The company they gave me the number to call to get my unit fixed laughed and replied they are under no contract with Pivotal. I was finally told after numerous call to find my own company..This place has poor customer service, no communication and definitely lack of fluent English speaking customer support...I'm out alot of money and highly suggest noone use them. *************************

      The service tech come on time did check everything to do with my A/C, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, changed my filter and did a very great job.

      Poor service. And horrible customer service.The service rep. would not pay attention to my reason for discontinuing my policy. He just kept reading my coverage to me telling me what a great deal I have. I couldn't get a word in I got so frustrated I said cancel it and hung up. I was told I wasn't very professional, So I corrected him letting him know I'm the customer. By canceling this contract I saved a large amount of money per month and I signed with a highly-rated national company.Its understandable why they have low ratings on other review sites.

      The last time I called was for an Air Conditioner Repair (central) I was given an appointment which I told them I was a senior, then they change it to be more immediate. But the joke was on me. They never showed up when I called them at 8:30pm they said you appointment is from 5-9 and its not 9:00pm yet. They told me to call back at 9:00. So why didnt they tell me the. That they were not coming, yes they called dispatch and Pivotal told me that dispatch was closed and I should call back at 7:00 am the next morning which was Saturday. Well I did and two things happened. The first agent gave me an appointment which I had to accept. However I called back within 2 hours to verify the date and time and found out that the agent had never put the appointment in the system. I asked for a supervisor and I was told someone would call me back and that was over three weeks ago. What kind of call center never has a supervisor? My problem is not with the professional service technicians that come out. Always had great work, did everything that they were supposed to do, offered suggestions for to avoid service calls, just professional and experienced. My biggest problems is with my initial point of contact. They dont listen, there is always a party in the background and they as far as I am concerned intentionally do things to irritate the customer. Talk about poor customer service. That call center has to be the worst.

      Its a very bad company. I have been with them for a very long time and last year they serviced my air condition unit and they charged me over 600 dollars for parts and they said it should be OK this year. My air condition was not working and when I called them, they said they made a decision last year not to fix it so my son called and he talk to one representative and ask him. Why were you charging my mom for a whole year for something that you are not gonna fix and he said that the customer or your mom has to call and cancel the service. So he asked the representative how with my mom know that you guys made a decision not to fix the air condition are you recall? How would the customer know that thats your job to tell the customer that you are not going to fix the air condition the minute you make the decision not charge them a whole year and then when they need service you tell them no we decided less youre not to fix your service. There is a scam and they are thiefs and they took my money. They are nothing but scammers and thieves. And then my son asked to talk to a supervisor they wouldnt give him one there. He asked for the name of the person that was talking to. He wouldnt give him his last name and he said who is that the supervisor they wouldnt give him anything then two weeks later a supervisor called me and he offered me to give me half of what I paid and I said no and he said he will talk to my son and he never did **** today and thats about three weeks ago
