      Great technician, friendly and kept us updated on his findings. Was able to get the parts needed and came back same day at 7pm to do the repair.

      The reimbursement department is the worse its been months and I have still not been paid. *** traveled to the office signed papers gave them everything they asked for and still have not been paid. I recommend that you find another warranty copy because this one is not the one for you.

      I have complete plumbing , I put in a claim on May 28th for emergency service and today is June 21st and I still don't have my issue fixed. I hear excuse after excuse . I have called 40 to 50 times they give me appointments and nobody shows up over and over. They have cost me days off and a high water bill from a broken faucet. When I do call I have to wait on the phone forever to get the issue addressed and then nothing. Last week they didn't show up and told me the tech went home for the day. They rescheduled for today and didn't show up saying the tech had an emergency. Now I'm on the schedule for tomorrow but I don't believe they will show up. I am going to call a plumber and pay out of pocket now that Pivotal Home Solutions has wasted my time and money for almost a month

      I would not recommend this company. When we had issues with our furnace, all they did was make a few calls for us. Our furnace went out during the winter on a Friday, and we were told we would have to wait until Monday to get service. We are seniors, and this was a hardship. Fortunately, we had a fireplace to help,and our pipes didn't freeze in the meantime. We had to replace our furnace with no help from Pivotal Home Solutions. We decided to cancel our contract with Pivotal a few weeks later on 3/13/23. This comes to the real reason I'm leaving this negative review. When we cancelled our contract, we were told it would take 4 weeks to receive the check for the balance of our remaining contract. It is now 6/12/23, 3 months later, and we still have not received our check. I have made several phonecalls politely explaining our dilemma. I have been given dates by staff and managers as to when we will receive the check, and these dates have come and gone. When I called today, 6/12/23, I was told I would have to wait another 4-8 weeks. I told the representative that this was unacceptable. He spoke to his boss again and came back to say I would receive the check in 5 to 10 days. This is a very unprofessional company. BUYER BEWARE!

      I called to find out where my tech was, the tech was supposed to be at my house between 8:00- 1:00 and it was now 1:30. I was hung up on 4 different times. When I finally spoke to a person with an answer the tech had a medical emergency. BUT NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME OR TO RESCHEDULE. I asked to speak with a supervisor it took 3 more phone calls to even get a person to even be told I could talk to a supervisor, I was promised the supervisor would call me back within the next half hour. Well *************************************************************************************************************************** his job. He said several times my problem was taken care of and I told him no it was not taken care of. He said he took my complaint and would take care of it internally. When I asked to talk to his boss he told me he was the highest person I could talk to. I asked for an email address and he said that was not allowed. He said my problem was taken care of someone would come out next week not next month. But someone should of come out the other day. Which I already took a whole day off and I should not have to take another day off. Also I never received an apology. My time is just as important as your time. Very disappointed in the customer service and how you treat people. I do hope and pray everything alright with the tech who had a medical emergency.

      I called ******* Home Solutions in May that my ac had gone out and that it was 84 degrees in my home and asked that a tech come out to rep*** my ac, they promised me someone would call to make an appointment, today is June 6 and I have not heard from anyone yet. I called them six times and have not heard from anyone yet. The service is the worst. I have had PHS for more than 15 years and I pay a Large amount of money for the service. I had to pay King *** and Heat ****** to fix the problem.I have records of the calls and a reciept for the rep***, I WANT MY MONEY reimbursed and compensation for my troubles ( two Months).

      Never had an issue with this company, very satisfied until the other day. **************** Rep tried to upsale the surge protection. I didnt really need it, but it was offered to me for $12.00 per year. I agreed. When I received my bill it was $43.00 higher. When I called to question the increase they said it was because they added on the surge protection and it automatically renews contract and they charge the difference. So instead of bill being $1.00 more it was $43 higher. They failed to let me know by adding something they charge u the difference and it restarts contract. The only person happy about this is the customer service rep that upsold and got commission! Disappointed since I only had $50 to spend on groceries to feed my kids for the week and now only have $7.00. They robbed me

      Quick response to our request to look at our dryer / washer combo. The contractor deemed they could not be repaired. Initiated paper work for a refund up to the approved limit. The refund was processed timely.

      Very happy with their service..called for furnace and the repair man was here in about 2 hours. We have this service for the last 15 years with no problems. One year we had them out here 3 times during the winter with no problems..**************
