      Bad service, inaccurate billing,discriminatory ppractices and price gouging. Try to get my ac unit to be serviced by non black company. The black owned, company can not return to my home. They are trying to get me to use companies that use freon that will ruin my unit.

      I had a claim in 2020 for a break in my sewer line. They tried every which way they could to get out of it. Those types of breaks aren't covered, then the break is in your neighbors yard. Not until I had a plumbing company scope the line did they step up to pay 75% because not everything was covered. When I called Customer dis-service, they put me on hold and never returned. After 5 minutes, I got to take a survey! Guess what my answers were ?? Happened in ********************************************************* for my mother-in-law. This is one of their tactics to basically wear you out. I also find it interesting that all dis-service reps ***** foreign but all of their names are simple: I've talked to *****, ****, ***, and ***. This is a very shady company that I would stay far away from. Their reviews are poor for a reason. You will never get anywhere with these people. My mother-in-laws claim was denied because the plumbing company said there was a break where a previous repair had taken place. We are challenging that because, if the main sewer line was repaired, according to the City, no permit was taken out. I question the plumbers comment. Now, because there was a prior repair (yes, repair) ******* said the issue was pre-existing and they wont pay anything. When I called them to discuss it and compared it to a house with hail damage gets repaired and another hail storm comes two years later, that isnt considered pre-existing so why is yours? Thats when I was asked if they could put me on hold. I said sure and they never returned.

      First let me state that I was directed to the "Oncourse Home Solutions" website, after going to "yourhomesolutions,com" as directed on my mailing from "Pivotal Home Solutions". So I have ensured that I am putting in a review for the right company. This is a big red flag in my book.I just received a postcard informing me of a $14.49/mo increase in my furnace coverage. When I originally signed up for the coverage it was $20/mo. Now they decide they want the increase with never having had to provide any service. $1680 (according to their rep, (after she made some calculations) payed to date, and unless I agree to pay the increase, they will have gotten a lot of money, for nothing. When I called the number on the post card, the young lady with a foreign accent first responded to my question of "Where are you located?" with "********". When I questioned further as to where she was "physically" located, she refused to tell me, stating privacy issues. I'm now waiting on hold, for a supervisor. I can no longer trust this company. I'm not throwing good money after bad, and would hope no one else will. My next stop will be a complaint to both the state, and ***** gas, who perpetuated this by including an offer in their bill mailing. PS The "Supervisor" ******** came on the line, after waiting 40+ minutes on hold, and tried to equate my complaint, with one for an increase in egg prices at Jewel. "Prices are going up universally" she said. I would expect them to increase prices for new policies, not penalize their customers who've been with them for years. She told me she could transfer me to someone who could discuss my pricing "if I wanted to cancel". Needles to say, I cancelled. Sad

      I have had this service for a while and they are difficult to deal with, make it a convoluted process to cancel service and customer service (a misnomer) is almost non-existent. The companies they used in the past provided good, respectful service. The big problem is getting a date for service. I called last fall for furnace tune up and check and I didn't get a date until after Christmas. This is not acceptable, and I am looking for another vendor.

      ***** Pivotal Home Solutions **************** ********** Park District PLACE DETAILS Photo of *********************** *********************** ??????a day ago I have used this company for over 2 decades and the last few years this service has gone down hill. I have had on more than one occasion (this last time being the final straw) emergency service requested and scheduled and I end up with no shows. I have been told "Oh that appointment was cancelled." Really? Without telling me? In addition, I bought a $10,000 boiler from them. This was the second winter. Our first season had 5 service calls with multiple days without heat. This year, we have had 8 service calls, again, with days with the gas company shutting down the service and we being without heat. I have renters in this building.This last no show, I was instructed to get a service repair on my own and that this company would reimburse me.My claim has gone unanswered.My guess? The owner sold this company and now it is being run by idiots who don't care about their customers. What a shame.Do yourself a favor and pay a home warranty service where you get GOOD service.UPDATE: I received a call rom a representative that had no apology and was defending the rules that same day emergency services, despite what I have been told and had in the past, does not exist in the contract. In other words no customer care AGAIN. There was no "what can we do to help you?". His comments were so aggravating I hung up on the man as he got me so upset (bordering on anger) so I "walked away with a click".Like I said...find a company that cares about their customers.

      Our furnace went out in December. On Course wasn't able to make a visit until the next day, so I called a local company, who showed up in a few hours, showed me the "problem" and ordered a replacement part. On Course showed up the same day and correctly diagnosed the real problem: the burner was rusted through and I needed a new furnace. They installed it in a few hours. Men were pleasant and left the work area cleaner than when they started. Nothing but high praise for On Course.

      I can say enough good things about this company and ********** In particular. He has been to my home before and has ALWAYS done a great job. This time he was in and out within 15 minutes. Something I thought would be a big job turned into a quick and easy job. I couldnt be happier. Everytime I take a shower I smile. Thank you so much.

      my stove was fixed on the day of job. My Magic Chef brand stove is 28 years old and they had the replacement part in the van for the oven to warm again
