      These people have really ticked me off. I scheduled a routine maintenance check on my a/c unit for 7/19/24. The unit was working fine; no issues. This was just a simple clean and check. After the technician leaves my home, my a/c is making banging noises, and the air is no longer cool. It actually feels like a box fan, instead of a central air unit! I called back and requested that the tech come back out on 7/19 and correct the issue that THEY caused. I was basically told that they can't come same day because no one is scheduled on Friday afternoon. That's not my fault, nor my problem. I was told that a tech will be at my home on 7/20/24. I called back just to get a written confirmation via email or text, and now I can't even get that! I'm wondering if someone will actually show up! I hope they do, because if not, I'll be filing a full complaint with the BBB. I wish I could s**** up something on my job and then tell people, "Sorry, you'll have to wait until it's convenient FOR ME to fix it!" I'm angry because the a/c unit was working FINE, and when the tech leaves, all of a sudden, it's not working. They can't even show common courtesy and at least TRY to resolve the issue same day. I've had the home service plan for almost 2 decades, and I've never had an issue until now. They made the mistake, and the lack of effort when trying to resolve the issue that they caused is simply disgusting. I refuse to believe that a tech could not be sent back to my home on 7/19 to correct THEIR issue; the issue that did not exist prior to Friday morning! I'm not calling and asking that they drop everything and fix my broken a/c unit. I'm calling asking them to correct the mistake they made. I don't think that's an unreasonable request-- especially since those service plans ARE NOT CHEAP!

      This company's contracted repair person wouldn't return my calls or the company's calls, so I was told to have my own contractor complete the job. It took over a month for them to tell me I could hire my own contractor, so my water line continued to leak into my basement for an unnecessary amount of time. Even after being told I could hire my own contractor, I was given conflicting information about the process. I had to pay $12,345.90 out of pocket. Once the water line was fixed, and I submitted my documentation, it took 2 weeks for them to partially reimburse me. It took 3 months after that of me continuously calling, hours on the phone, getting conflicting information, and me threatening to *** them for me to finally get my full reimbursement. The whole process took around 5 months. It's not worth the money and time spent fighting this company to get them to fulfill their end of the contract.

      This company *****. I filed a claim on 7/1/24 paid my money and ********************************************************** I called this company several times and I get a different answer each time. The only thing they all can agree on is that there is no contractor available. Really what the heck kind of horse p*** is that. I have been paying monthly and paid my appt fee and nothing. I wish I would have checked into this company before purchasing. I will be letting everyone in this town know about this company and not to sign up with them. The last phone call made she had the audacity to try and sell me something else. Like wtf?? You can not help me with what is going on now. So now I have to come up with money to fix the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      In August 2023, I invested $14,000 in an **** system from Pivotal Home Solutions. At the time of installation, the installer assured me that the system could only be charged in the summer of 2024.However, my recent experience contradicts this information entirely. On June 7 and June 8, 2024, two workers from Pivotal Home Solutions visited my residence to charge the **** system and ensure its proper functioning. Regrettably, neither could successfully charge the **** system or rectify the issues, leaving me without a functional **** system. Today, June 10, 2024, I called Pivotal Home Solutions five times, only to be told that someone would call me tomorrow. I am shocked that no one from this company has contacted me to resolve this problem!

      I am very disappointed in the customer service of **********************, previously pivotal home solutions. I called May 20th to cancel all my home services that that I had that were paid for thru my Nipsco bill. I spoke with ***** who assured me that my services were terminated as of May 20th. I received my next month ****** bill to find they had bill me for another month. Upon calling them I spoke with ******** who informed me that my account was pending cancellation because it was in the middle of a billing cycle and I would be responsible for the payment. I referred to my call with her coworker previously and she apologized for the misinformation but said i had to may the bill. Coincidentally, my billing cycle was over today june 10 the day i happen to call about my bill?? She refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I ended the call and called back and spoke with **** who after listening informed me of the exact same thing but put me on hold to speak with a supervisor. after being on hold 8 minutes my call was dropped. I called again and spoke with another girl whose name i did not understand and she told me yet again the same thing. I told her I was willing to pay up to the may 20th termination that was told to me as the end date originally but i wanted a supervisor. She indicated that she would place me on hold to check and after about 5 minutes told me a supervisor was not available but that she would send my info and complaint to a supervisor and when they had time they would call me back. this had not happened yet. I have never used the home protection service that I have been paying for since I started it. I feel like they are responsible since they have given out misinformation.

      Long time paying customer through NIPSCO 20+ years AC unit went out May 2022. Tech deemed AC unit too old to repair & suggested replacing working furnace (1979) also when replacing AC used wall AC units in 2023. Tech said no time limit for replacement so long as premiums are paid. No interim service calls necessary. Call company (April 25 2024) for steps to replace & cost replacement. Associate said notify of replacement company (done) and when work complete, call to send invoice. Again, told so long as premiums are paid, no need for reevaluation after 2 years as long as no claims since initial evaluation & continue paying premiums units replaced 05-31-24. Call to process claim. Associate says not a valid claim since its been over 1 year since units deemed old an nonrepairable as stated in a new unsigned contract emailed to wife on 05-03-24 (after inquiry in which a supervisor was to call back in 2-5 days but didnt) & already contractually bound to installer. Awaiting 2nd supervisor call back.

      We did not know we were paying this company for years thrw our gas company. I tried to cancel the contract and they just would not cancel. The customer service is awful. I will bevdoing everything to cancel this service

      Stay far away from this company! They 3rd party contract out of US & have no credited repair companies on board with them. Ive been without service on a refrigerator for over a month now!

      I have been paying for a heating and air conditioning plan since 2020. At that time, the heating company deemed my unit. I had no idea that my unit was deemed (can't fix) according to them. I called American Home Solutions to ask for a service call in April 2024 and then they said that would not send anyone out because it was deemed in February 2020. It is now 2024, and I haven't missed a payment in over 6 years. I have been on the phone for hours with many different customer service people who keep saying they will get a second opinion and assured me a callback. I paid $432.00 per year for the last 4 years for a service I could never use. The company never reached out but continued to take my payments of $1728.00. Every time I called, I was told that it was documented for the supervisor to address and call me back. It never happened. I have never missed a payment and was never told that my heating system would never be covered by my plan. So, therefore, I was paying for a service that I could never get. This company needs to do the right thing and reimburse me for the payments that were made. I feel taken advantage of and passed along with this company. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

      I called for service on Wednesday at 5pm for service on my dryer. I was assigned A&G services. When they still hadnt contacted me at 7:30am on Thursday I called the number Oncourse gave me only to find A&Gs voices full. I then called Oncourse and was told be them to stay by my phone. Mid morning I received a text message from Oncourse A&G would call me on Friday between 6pm and 9pm. They did call me Thursday evening about 6pm and was told they could come till Monday. A follow up text said they would call me Monday between 9am and 8pm to schedule an appointment. I called another vendor and had it repaired on Friday. I paid $345 out of pocket for the repair. I pay a monthly fee to Oncourse of over $100. ****** filed a claim in years till now which they failed to provide. I was told A&G was the only vendor they had to provide my service
