5 starsAnnual maintenance was easily scheduled in August and the technician arrived on time. One problem was detected, and a part had to be ordered. Repair was made within a week and I'm glad the boiler was repaired in August when it wasn't needed, rather than in November when I would have been cold for a week.Oncourse Home Solutions

5 starsI called to service my AC as it was not cooling especiallyon hot days, The tech called back on the same day. After checking inside and the compressor outside the house, he recommended replacing the unit as they cannot get the old freon to add. He aslo asked me to wait until the begining of summer as replacing the unit just before winter is useless as it eats away 6 months of manufacturrer warranty without using the unit. I decided to wait for winter to pass before getting a quote. The tech, did clean and tested the electronics before checking the freon pressure. He was courteous and professional. No hesitation in recommending as they have always responded fast and provide solutionsOncourse Home Solutions

4 starsThe tech was on time. Matter of fact early due to a couple of cancellations. I received a call asking if it would be all right to push our time slot up. I agreed, once the tech arrived, he was friendly and professional. Explained what he would be doing. And the minor adjustments that he made to the furnace, he explained why and the benefits of those adjustments. The tech was also neat and cleaned up behind himself. I was pleased with the level of service I received.Oncourse Home Solutions
