5 starsI never have a problem scheduling a time to have my furnace and air-conditioning serviced. When the technician comes out, they are always on time, respectful of my home and cordial. Their work is outstanding and they always explain what they have done.Oncourse Home Solutions

1 starThis company is a big scam. Have made 4 appointments to come and repair my AC after initial inspection. First three times they did not show up and not even called. Forth time the guy was sent to re inspect our AC. He left saying parts need to be replaced.This was 8 weeks ago.I called them today, after putting me on hold for 47 minutes, they say we need to start over this again This drama is going on since July 15. I dont know when and how our policy was transferred over from nicor to Pivitol home solutions I never had such a careless, unprofessional and incompetent service from any oneOncourse Home Solutions

1 starI would give them a zero but thats not an option. They are harassing me and keep sending me a bill and I dont have their services anymore. They owed me a refund for over payment and they gave it to me after I cut their services. They still continue to send me a bill.Oncourse Home Solutions

2 starsThe overall service was very good but for two things: Our contract stated they would program new thermostat which they did BUT was done incorrectly and not to our particular specifications. Also a few days later we found a wire nut was loose and on the floor and we don't know if the attached Aprilaire unit was connected to furnace., *********************** and eventually got a rep and I explained about thermostat; after being on hold for a long length of time he came back on and tried to sell me an extended warranty! I said no, just wanted my problem addressed. He then told me that Dispatch would call me in 3 to 5 days. Now it is past that 5 day **** and STILL have not heard from them..now we must call them again and see what's going on.Oncourse Home Solutions
