      I paid for the service for several years and when I made a claim all they did give me the runaround for 5 months. In those 5 months I had to call every week to try to get an answered to my claim and every time I got a different answer. The company send 2 different electrician and both had different reports. The first electrician they sent tell me I need my electrical box to be replaced after 5 months arguing with customer service I was accused by one of the customer services that I was making up the story that I need a new electrical box, even though the report was done by one of their technicians, and due to that they decided to sent the second electrician, then this electrician informed me that I did not need a box replaced and the work that needs to get done at my house this company doesnt covered. Very convinced now I have to take the loss of making payments for a service that was offered to me but the company did not stand by. I just call the company costumer service and the first call the lady did not transfer me to the cancellation department instead she transfer me to the end of the call for me to take a survey. This is how awful been dealing with this company. If you had an option for 0 stars that is what I will give them, the service doesnt deserve even 1 star.

      They are pretty decent when they come out to service, but calling is pretty hectic and takes about a half hour or more. The one complaint I have is last summer my AC broke down and they told me to get an outside source to fix it and they will pay for it since they dont have any service men. I sent them all the information they needed with all signed forms and they never reimbursed me for the services. I called 5 different times and they would tell me my reimbursement is on its way, NEVER SAW IT! Still waiting since May 13, 2022!!

      Love that they offer this type of coverage. Never any issues when making a claim. And always get Hvac cleaned twice a year with no issues

      I tried to cancel my account this morning. You are forced to speak to someone who can barely speak English. I had to constantly tell the person to slow down as I could not understand what they were saying. Instead of just proceeding with the cancellation, both the 1st and second person kept trying to sell me on their service. After 20 minutes, she finally agreed to process the cancellation. Unbelievable... I have my own repair businesses that service all my appliances, including my air conditioner and furnace and I don't need this company constantly soliciting their services.

      This is the worst service provider that I have dealt with. They do not have dates for 3 months and then we are keep paying the account. The season gets over and still they have no dates. They are horrible horrible company and I would not recommend this to anyone in the Chicagoland area. If there was a negative rating then I would have given them the same. Pivotal Home solutions does not give dates for months. They put you on some stupid cancellation que and you can just hope somebody cancels so you can get the service. Please use 4abc.com which I have used and am very satisfied with their service.
