      I have had pivotal for 4 years but never had a claim. They raised my premium but for no reason. The person I talked to had a very thick accent and. Was from Asia. They said everything had increased in price, gas parts, etc. But nothing has increased for pivotal. They pay the same, so where is their reason. They are using inflation to pad their margins.

      Called Pivotal when my furnace went out on Christmas Day. Amazingly was able to schedule a service window between 5 and 9 p.m. that night. Technician showed up before 5 when I was on my way home, didn't call my cell phone and instead called the land line, never left a message and never came back. Spent $750 on a private service and Pivotal won't reimburse or credit me any of the cost. Phone rep barely spoke English and hung up on me.

      The blower on my furnace stopped working on a Friday evening earlier this winter. Called and talked to an associate the next morning. He was professional and quite curteous, took the information, processed the claim, and notified the local conracting firm. Told me that the firm does not operate during the weekend, and it's best that I call the firm first thing Monday morning to sechedule an early appointment with the claim number.The firm sent a technician on Sunday morning, found the failure point (blower switch), replaced the part, verified the repair, and left us an invoice but told us not to make a payment until they close the claim with PHS. The invoice was honored as-is, and we didn't have to take any further action. Can't expect more.

      My furnace was not turning off, it kept blowing, so I called pivotal home. They sent a company out the next day, and when he was done my furnace didnt work at all. He told me that the mother board was fried and he had to order one. Two days later after sitting in the cold he comes back with the motherboard, that didnt work. He finally says that it couldnt be fixed and tried selling me another. It was working before he touched it. I call these guys to tell them what happened, so they send a different company. I explained to the new company what happened and they said that the previous guy destroyed it. Pivotal only gave me $400 towards a new furnace.

      I called for a plumber and they gave me a referral for ppl who werent from my area so I called back to see if there was anyone in my area and was given a claim for someone from my area. The plumber came and we were told that we werent covered for the fixtures so he couldnt work on the toilets or bathtub meanwhile I wondered why the customer service person didnt tell us that.Lately each time Ive called the customer service ppl that answer these calls are English as a second language ppl and Ive had difficulty understanding them. So Im never sure if the correct information is understood. If he had told me it wasnt covered I would have used another alternative. Is ********** Solutions a foreign company?

      I called your office, my furnace is a year old & not working properly. Im a cancer patient & I got no results talking to anyone. There is no reason I should have to wait until Monday night for a technician to arrive. I pay good money every month for my plan & what do I get in return but aggravation!
