            Leased a car 3 weeks ago. I still do not have the required documents to get plates. I call honda and they have no record of the transaction. The manger does not respond to emails. Next week will be 30 days since I made the purchase and I have no information on how to make a monthly payments. I will be leaving the state next week without information on how to get temparary plates .

            We put a down payment on a vehicle. It was supposed to have gray interior and factory installed blind spot indicator. When we went to pick it up the vehicle had a third party BSI and black interior. Of course, everyone shifts the blame to someone else. Tried to pull the ole ************* on us. Stay away from this dealer!

            We apologized to the customer when the car came in. We made an honest mistake with the interior when we put the customers name on the incoming car. The Blind Spot Detection does not come on 80% of the vehicles, unless it is a special order, it has to be added to the vehicle. Which we did at no charge to the customer. We offered to special order the vehicle correctly, but the customer refused. Honest mistakes happen, and we acknowledged that. The bait and switch comment is not true. That is NOT how we do business!
