    The prices are good, the selection is pretty good, the customer service isn't. One might think that no customer service should be needed, but stuff happens. (Print) magazines are lowering their issue count and if the customer buys a certain number of issues (rather than a subscription length) adjustment should be made. My latest problem is that I can't renew a magazine I subscribe to through them because their system doesn't see the previous order. Yet their system does warn me that if I place a subscription as a new subscriber the two cannot be combined to extend my existing subscription. Two months later, they haven't answered my inquiry.

    I never had a problem with discount mags, I always received the magazine that I ordered. I always purchase my magazines from them.

    Have always have good luck with magazines. I extend my subscriptions at a much lower cost than thru the publisher. Not sure how you do it but I love it! Thank you.

    I have used this company for years. I would not go anywhere else! Just be careful that you don't sign up for discount lock accidentally.

    Based on price. Given as gift. First issued is supposed to arrive in 2-3 months. We'll see.

    Never received any issues of motor trend magazine that I ordered.

    I subscribed to Saveur [digital] and was told I could only view it on Magzter. So I had to set up an account first. I couldn't locate the magazine on their site. I emailed back and forth 3x; each time they provided a different location. When I finally found it, I discovered it was unavailable. They had no current issues. So Discountmags and Magzter are not doing well with communication. I've emailed both with no response and no refund.

    Been happy with Discount Mags. Anytime I have had an issue they have always worked with me and gotten it resolved.
