    The notice was Never sent to my friend about the 2 magazines she should be receiving as a gift from me!

    In no way is automatic renewal justifiable. This informs discount magazines that I DO Not ***********-renew in ANY order.

    The site was easy to use and prices reasonable, but more variety offered would be so much better.

    Prices are great. Easy to search for magazines by category or title. Can even renew someone else's subscription as a gift. Checkout is easy.

    I am not yet due to receive my subscription so I can only respond to the whole set up / subscription process, which was easy and pain free. Give me a few months to see how the whole delivery / subscription process plays out and then I will give a more detailed review. I am hoping that things go well. How hard would it be to send a magazine to an address?

    The prices are good, the selection is pretty good, the customer service isn't. One might think that no customer service should be needed, but stuff happens. (Print) magazines are lowering their issue count and if the customer buys a certain number of issues (rather than a subscription length) adjustment should be made. My latest problem is that I can't renew a magazine I subscribe to through them because their system doesn't see the previous order. Yet their system does warn me that if I place a subscription as a new subscriber the two cannot be combined to extend my existing subscription. Two months later, they haven't answered my inquiry.

    I never had a problem with discount mags, I always received the magazine that I ordered. I always purchase my magazines from them.
