    A magazine subscription that I had paid for in full was no longer going to be made available by DiscountMags.com. This was not a DiscountMags.com issue but rather by the magazine distributor for reasons unknown. And this made me angry. That said, DiscountMags.com contacted me accordingly and informed me of this situation. They offered to sell me, at a reduced price, another magazine to fill the void due to my magazine no longer being available through DiscountMags.com. In short, the DiscountMags.com **************** person was totally open, honest, and kind in dealing with me. So much so that it truly delighted me as so many online store, retail store, and service company workers are so rude, nasty, and difficult to deal with these days. My sincere thanks and compliments to DiscountMags.com. And so you all know, I seldom ever place such reviews online. But in this case I have made an exception and I trust it will serve to help you when dealing with DiscountMags.com.

    My problem was solved pleasantly and in a matter of minutes even though I was asking for cancellation of a magazine subscription that was over a $100. She also updated my contact information that was the cause of the problem. Efficiency, attention to detail and a pleasant interaction will do more to make a loyal customer than anything else.

    I ALWAYS turn down offers to renew when I (rarely) order magazines for family, but somehow everything auto-renewed. I called Discount Mags and spoke with ******* (dont know if I have name right) and she very graciously helped to reverse all of the mags that auto-renewed. She also stopped future auto-renewals. Or at least I think its all been canceled. Ill keep a sharp eye on my checking account. I did call my bank to cancel the charges before I knew I could call and cancel via Discount Mags direct. Hoping this doesnt cause confusion. Anyway, ******* was great to work with and very knowledgeable, thank you. I GIVE ******* 5 STARS BUT GIVE DISCOUNT MAGS 0 STARS. Thank you
