      Frustrating is one word to use! Infuriating is another. No way to contact anyone, they no showed after I sat at home from 8am-5pm. No human contact whatsoever. Please do not waste your time using this company. They are unreliable and should not be allowed to still do business with no **************** access.

      Cannot reach them by phone. Made 4 appointments. Showed up for one, didn't have the parts on the second appointment, the third they sent an email saying that they showed up and missed us; however, we have door cameras and the vendor must pick up a gate pass to enter, no one on cameras and no one picked up pass. Rescheduled again and then they sent an email at 5:30 in the morning saying they could not make it. We are with American Home Shield and this is who they have chosen to service their clients. Bad business!!!!I only wish that zero stars was an option.

      Cannot get through to a person on the customer service line. The website does not work. My refrigerator is leaking. I scheduled a repair through Lowes protection plan service. I took a whole day off from work because they give you an 8-5 repair window. The first tech to come out did not know what was wrong because it was not leaking at that moment. Two hours later there was water all over the floor. I called back and could not get an appointment for the same day. That Friday I again took an entire day off from work and they NEVER showed up. No phone call, no text, no email. NOTHING!! Now I have to take another day off from work and hopefully they show up.

      No way to contact them directly and speak to customer service, make errors in the repair and then make you wait for a week to come back to fix the error. From the other comments I hope they show .. Initially, I was very grateful and happy to have a technician get here right away in the morning and fix our dryer. It was screeching due to an idler pulley. He seemed thorough and fixed the $15 part (labor was $140). However, I went to use it after washing a load of laundry and the door seemed much heavier and sort of just fell open which was not a problem prior to the 'repair'. I thought well as long as it dries clothes, I won't worry about it. Unfortunately, it won't stay closed to complete a cycle and just flops open if you try to run it. So, I called the home warranty company because there was no way to actually reach A&E Factory Service customer service. The soonest they will come back to fix their error is almost a week from now. That is unacceptable. They made an error and should fix it immediately.

      A & E factory serviced hires the most incompetent technicians. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. You cant get in touch with a single live person. They call repeatedly to have you reschedule an appointment and then that same number tells you to go online to a webpage that does not work. If you ever have an A & E technician show up, send them home!!!!! Don't let them touch your appliance.

      Waited all day for them to show up and they never did. Their excuse was they said they showed up but no one was home and we were home all day. The picture they took was a picture of the road and sidewalk and theres no sidewalk on our street. Then they send a message saying if we want them to still come that day to call the number in the voicemail they left, they didnt leave no voice mail. Horrible company!!

      This company has absolutely no business being A+ accredited. To be honest, I'm not convinced this is even a real company. First, it is impossible to speak to a human. Made an appointment through the website. They give a range of 8 am - 5 pm (not helpful). Got a text from them at 2 pm to cancel my appointment (absolutely no reason given - glad I sat around waiting) Tried to look up my service on their website but they had no record of my service number? Contacted them through their website and heard absolutely nothing back whatsoever (even though the site assures you someone will contact you within 48 hours). I seriously feel like this company needs to be investigated to find out exactly what they are up to there...

      Phone numbers don't work. And the funny thing is it says on the business card 'We're always here when you need us'. They may be there but they're not answering the phone!!! We had warranty with them. Someone came, gave a card with the technician's name and ID# but BOTH phone numbers listed give you a run around through computer systems and no person. The one time we got a person he didn't speak english.

      Like others have said, there are only automated systems when you call and it is impossible to speak to someone in customer service. They have the wrong contact number for me so for my service appointment they are not reaching out to me to advise on the time they are arriving. I have tried for over a week to change my contact information but there is no way to do so and no one to speak to about it.
