      I got 4 reminder messages for my appointment today. They canceled mid day and rescheduled for next week. I took off of work and am expected to take off another day?! When I tried to call I couldnt get a real person to talk with. This company was contacted with LOWES. what a waste of money. I would hope that with all of the negative reviews Ive seen that BBB would actually DO SOMETHING about this company. Total BS.

      I have been without an oven/stove for over three weeks. I called American home shield mid December and they sent out a company called A&E. It took them over a week and a half to get here. When they arrived they told me that they needed to order parts and they would let me know when they came in. Since then there has been no communication There is NO human to speak to!! the parts are not available. And no one is getting in touch with me. This is so disgraceful !

      Horrible company, bought a Kenmore freezer a year ago February, the door doesnt seal tight and inside frosts up, they came and put new seal on and didnt fix the problem so they ordered a new door that is no longer available and now I can not get ahold of them to find the next step. Very unhappy right now!!!

      WORST company EVER to deal with! I've been trying to help my mother because she doesn't do robocalls or internet website communications which is pretty much the only way to get help through this company! They are also not local to her and their techs are stuck dealing with upset customers all the time. Only reason we haven't gone elsewhere is because of the appliance warranty on the product. DON'T support this business!

      Thought the on line schedule service would be nice. Wrong! After booking the date, the time was between 7:00 -4:00. That should have been my first clue of something bad. The day of the scheduled appointed, I waited ALL DAY, with no communication from A and E. Finally did some research about 3:30 on line and called a automated number. Was told that service was scheduled between 2:47 and 4:17. Waited even more! Again, no phone call, no nothing from the service company. Finally at 5:18 I called that same number and was told the same thing. Of course by then it was past the time given before. A few minutes later I received a text saying my appointment was rescheduled for Wed. Jan 18 and (you guessed it) between 7:00 and 4:00 pm. WHAT! I have no voice in this? I stayed home all day, took a vacation day for what reason? Absolutely pathetic communication for a service company!

      I am totally dissatisfied. Its been almost one month that I have been waiting on one part for my range. I was told that the part was shipped on December 19, 2022 and found out that was not true after visiting **** I contacted them on numerous occasions and was told each time the part was shipped even while I was at the *** store.

      Made a repair appointment through Assurant as they decide who comes to fix my washer. As walking to the washer were chatting about what the issue is the moment i mention my husband doing laundry and the machine starts shaking the entire vibe changed. Tech states due to fading of model and serial sticker they wont be able to repair my washer. And leaves. Call Assurant who then calls A&E and tells them no, you can complete the repair, we approve the claim since i emailed them a photo of the sticker that you can read the numbers from A&E sends out the same repair man who states again he wont repair it and wont let me speak to his supervisor or have him call me. Their automated system makes it impossible to get to a human. And their live chat option online refused to have a supervisor call me. Horrible company.

      100% nightmare working with them. 7 weeks, cancelation only come to our town on Wednesdays. I was told by ** that the sent the be refrigerator compressor directly to them. Wooed up 3 weeks later to advise they dont have one. Waited 3 more weeks. The tech scheduled us for repair from ****. Its 3:00 no call & no way to actually contact the tech.all of the reviews look true with this company.

      This company is totally unreliable. Scheduled to arrive today from 8-5. Did not show. Called at 11:30. They stated they were on the way. Called at 3:00. Call center said that they would check to see what is happening. It is now 5:45. Call center said they will forward information to the manager.No show last week (Dec 21). Week before that they came and said the service was completed. Problem indicates that the service was not performed.Waste of time! How do you report at the next level?

      Scam. Impossible to get a human to talk to. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Appointment was canceled for no reason and rescheduled without us even knowing why. Why is this company still in business?
