  From these reviews here and elsewhere, I was not hopeful in receiving service on my washer purchased in 2019. It was under extended warranty with LOWES protection plan and they were the ONLY service people suggested by LOWES in my area (rural). The diagnosis was quick and the parts were ordered immediately which I received in two packages sent to my home. Shortly thereafter, I received notification that A&E would be servicing my washer. They came on the date they said BOTH times. My washer was fixed in very short order and ************ better than it has in a very long time, approximately a little less than 3yrs. The water comes up to desired level like it should for one which was a bonus aside from the two problems that needed repair. So actually I am VERY PLEASED in their service and would hope that if I need repair again, that the same type of service would be provided. The service man even came out on a rainy day and risked getting stuck in the mud. Sooo 10 ?? from me.

  My dishwasher went out on 1/11 and I contacted my home warranty company (AHS). A&E was assigned and came a couple of days later. They said they need some parts and scheduled my appointment for 1/27. On 1/26 they called to confirm all parts had been delivered, which I did and they "confirmed" my appointment for sometime during the day (they also try to sell me services that I didn't need). I waited around all day and finally, at 4:30 I went to check the status of the email they sent and it now read 2/10. I called the automated voice service (impossible to get someone) and they re-scheduled it for 1/30. When I called AHS to complain about contracting a service, they told the agent they had to re-schedule because the system did not show the parts arrived (NOT TRUE) and that I was the one that rescheduled the appointment (Only did because they had already rescheduled it for 2 weeks out. Impossible to talk to someone, and when you do they care more about selling you other stuff than your actual issue. And in the meantime I have been without dishwasher (for a family of 6) for almost 3 weeks.

  Why is a business that consistently proves it can't meet even the most minute requirements allowed to keep operating? They never arrive when they say they will, they do not inform anyone when they will be late, they have some sketchy deal with American Home Shield. Due to the incompetence of A&E and American Home Shield, I haven't had a dishwasher in nearly two months after having paid them.

  They are liars And lazy and gives u the round around i literally sat in my car behind a technician schedule for my service in front of my house for 30 mins not only did he not get out his *** he tagged me not at home and drove off I took a picture of the *** as proof .Go somewhere with your money people dont waste your time with this company with no professional skills

  American Home Shield thats who I subscribe to uses this company. AE factory service reps are great but the company it self is terrible you scheduled appointment is almost always rescheduled sometimes weeks later before they show up. So far this week my service on Monday was rescheduled to Tuesday and now its rescheduled for tomorrow. Guess what I just fixed the problem myself because I cant wait forever.

  Terrible customer service and apparently awful at *********** They called me from different numbers every time and while I was working unable to answer, they didnt leave a voicemail so ofc I did not call back these random numbers, not until 2 weeks later they did end up leaving voicemail and thats when i called back. The first time They came to fix the fridge because it was freezing all the food. NOW it doesnt cool at all after theyve repaired it so i Called to make another appt. We did pay for the repairs first time around and also the parts to the fridge which had to be shipped to us weeks later. But they sent a surprise bill after the fact weeks later and every time I call I cant get ahold of a representative. I do not want to pay if Ive already paid for the initial service. I want to know what Im being charged for before paying hundreds again for a service they failed to fix anyhow. I couldve put that money into buying a new fridge instead of this hassle.

  Absolutely Unbelievable! I have been waiting now for over three months. I purchased the extended protection plan for my washer and STILL cannot use it. IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a person. They only send text messages which do not receive replies. I have had FOUR different appointments and FOUR different cancellations. All against my knowledge and not once did anyone try to contact me with an explanation.I am escalating this to the ********** where I purchased my extended protection plan and hopeful that I will be refunded since I am NOT allowed to used it! What a scam! a One Star review is generous! I wish I had the option of giving them a NEGATIVE star review.

  This company was hired by American Home Shield to service my dishwasher. They came on Dec 31st and disagosed the problem. The email they sent has a link to a phone # that does work and a text update form that doesn't work. Impossible to talk with anyone and you only get referred to the email THAT DOESN'T WORK! If I could give no stars, I would! Maximum frustration levels!!!

  A&E is an absolutely horrible company to do business with. Their **************** is lousy at best; their standards are from BAD to WORST, and that on a good day! My advice to is, DO NOT use this company, its a rip off. Their Technician came to my home to repair my ** washer on 01/03/2023. He ordered a part for the washer, scheduled a return appointment for me on 01/16/2023. I paid him $409.00, and I have not heard from A&E since. The technician failed to show up for the return appointment. No none from A&E contacted me to advise me that they were not coming. All attempts to contact them both telephonically and on line have failed. I am now working with my bank to see if I can have them refund my money. This company is a total fraud. Their ************ is to rip off the consumer. I am a Soldier in the US Army, and just like every day consumers, I work hard for my money. This company had no conscience. This company is a RIP OFF, BUYER BEWARE!

  A&E repair is the most unreliable repair company that I have ever dealt with. They schedule an appointment, the time frame is basically all day, and just dont show up. They dont call so you can go on with your day and if you call them, it is impossible to speak to anyone. If this is the company that PC ******* uses, I will never purchase another appliance from them
