      I do not recommend anyone use this company and I will state why I purchased a refrigerator from ***** with a master protection plan bd the company A&E are unprofessional ********************* are not aiming to please there customers and this why everyday I will write a review on every website and for future reference do not purchase a warranty they are quick to take your money but hard to fix the problem or replace your refrigerator after more than 5 or more attempts of ordering the same part The technician has came out to my house on more than 3 times and say the issues with my refrigerator is the same and told me he dont know why his boss keep making him order the same part over and over again and the problem is not fix instead A&E is a scammer company and refuse to do the proper work I have lost out on a alot of food and none of the company are replacing it

      If I could give a zero, I would. I bought my Kenmore refrigerator from ******* It broke on a Thursday. I was told by ****** that I would have to register the fridge and it would be 24 hours before I could make the appointment for the service call. ****** tried to reach A&E all weekend and though they said they had weekend hours, they couldn't get through. The system allowed me to make an automated service call for the following Wednesday. Once the appointment was confirmed, I later found out that I would be charged. It took forever (working with ******) for them to change the appointment to a "no charge - under warranty appointment." I was on the phone at least four hours to get that fixed. The service rep came on Wednesday and it needed a damper. He ordered it and scheduled the next appointment for a week later. The part arrived and unfortunately, the rep ordered the incorrect part. He scheduled the next appointment for the following week. The week came and went an the parts hadn't arrived so the appointment was cancelled. They won't let me re-schedule till the parts arrive. I can't even get an estimated time because no one answers the phone. One month without a fridge and have no idea when/if it will be repaired. Terrible Company!!!!!

      I took the day off work. They sent a message that tech was on the way. Tech never showed. They sent a text showing it was fixed and what the warranty company was being paid. Do not use this company

      I've waited 3 weeks for my scheduled refrigerator repair appointment, which is tomorrow. They just called me to tell me they can't make the appointment tomorrow and scheduled a new service date for another 4+ weeks! Who can go without their refrigerator for almost 2 months?! That's insane.

      This company is not reliable, they rescheduled my service appointment on the day of service, after I have been waiting at home for them to come out and fix my washer for six hrs. They did not bother to reach out to me and ask me if the reschedule date work for me or not. They just picked a date and put me on the schedule as if I work for their company. I have a job too, and cannot take off work whenever I feel like it.

      Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my life.no way to physically talk to them..service trip #1..came for a small squeek..they told me they had to order a belt and pulley..parts came in..service trip#2.put parts in and said transmission was no good ordered part...when he left,went to wash clothes,,, now its grinding..he made it unusable..now I have to wait 7 days with no washer...I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN...ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS....no way to talk or get in touch with them..next time I'll use sears...SAME ON A&E..

      Hi, my home warranty company referred me to this company, the contractor, for my washer, he checked the washer, found that it was beyond repair, contractor set a receipt to me with the wrong washing machine brand name, and also this company needs to send the outcome of the washing machine, so I need to contact the company to let them know this, but I have been trying to reach someone for atleast 3 weeks, not able to speak to any one. This is holding me back from my home warranty company to take the next step. It would truly be nice, if you were able to actually speak to a person.

      A&E Factory Repair/Sears came today. When I made the appointment I asked for a ballpark quote to change out a moldy Boot Seal gasket. I was told $275. (Give or take a few dollars) I also was asked for a credit card to put on file. The operator was from ***** and I firmly believe she misunderstood me. Thank goodness I told them I don't have credit cards. The tech came and gave me an estimate of $583. plus tax. Of course I refused the repair and refused to pay the diagnostic fee of $79.00. So, of course I bought a new washer at Lowes. The new washer was $699. I feel I was lied to. I feel cheated. I'm livid. I hope my post helps someone/anyone to avoid these scam artists. Eating crow bites.

      A&E Factory Service is by far the most inept company I have ever worked with or have seen. They are unfortunately a primary contractor for American Home Shield home warranties. It has been 4 months and I still have a broken fridge. They only showed up twice; once to diagnose (poorly) and second to install the part. The part they replaced was the wrong part (even though the diagnostics system on our Kitchenaid fridge very clearly provides the fault. We still had the same problem, a fridge at ***** Fthe optimal temp for growing biological cultures!!! They were rescheduled to come out and no-showed us on 3 back to back occurrences, each time sending us a text the morning of (after we already took off work), for 2-2.5 weeks later! Our fridge is still broken ?? If I werent for being forced to use A&E by AHS, a local company wouldve had this fixed in 5-7 days. I had to threaten legal action toward AHS to get them to hire a new contractor. Hopefully, I have a functioning fridge on Monday.If you value your time, money, or sanity NEVER hire this company. The only thing A&E Factory Service deserves is bankruptcy, but they dont deserve that. The leadership of this company deserves to be in absolute financial peril.

      Was notified by A&E that a tech would be coming between 8 and 5 on Thursday the 2nd. Rescheduled my day for this appt. Received texts during the day saying the tech would be here at 4,4:19, etc. Very late in the day I received a text saying that my appointment is rescheduled to Monday, the 6th.Impossible to call A&E and I think they have blocked my number.Can't connect online with them too.I can only assume that ********* is so big that BBB will roll over and not lower their ratings.But A&E is still a scam operation.
