      My journey began in November with A&E. This dishwasher was installed in September. I didn't use it until October. It NEVER worked right. Called A&E. Repair guy came out. Parts ordered ... then back ordered. Then wrong parts came in ... twice. One time parts came in for a washing machine! Incompetence! The last repair person who came a couple of weeks ago said it was installed incorrectly and that voided my warranty. He said it was installed "hot," that the breaker wasn't flipped and a hole was burned by the wires. Well, I got all my renovation guys in who dispute that 100 percent. Now I'm trying to get a repair guy back in to speak with my renovation team. Trying to get a live person on the phone is impossible. Frigidaire needs to look elsewhere for their warranty work.

      Would be a a -10 if I had the option. My ** refrigerator compressor went out and we had another company come do the diagnostics. Then because it was under warranty I contacted ** and they used A&E. They give you an 8-5 timeframe and the technician came at close to 7pm. They ordered the parts and scheduled May 5 to do the work. We waited all day and then I get a text at 5:30pm that the appointment has been changed to May17, today they call at 12:10 pm saying they have a "priority" call and rescheduled ** for May 24th. We have had the parts for the repair since May 3rd. And we have been without our refrigerator for a month. Apparently, they only have 2 technicians in the **************** area. When I bought my refrigerator I purchased the protection plan which I recommend lor major appliances. I wish I had just called my protection plan services first instead of the manufacturer for the warranty. Lessons learned. I must note, the technicians might be really good but the way things are going we probably won't find out.

      This company is a fraud!. They charged us $610.76 on our Capitol One credit card for an estimate for parts and services on our Whirlpool refrigerator. The part never shipped and never came after 2 weeks. I went to the companies "chat" and indicated I wanted the part cancelled and the service work cancelled. I was told I would get an email confirming this. Never got an email and i cannot find anything about the chat (should have took a screen shot of this). In the mean time I have been trying to go through the credit card company to get my money back and this has been a nightmare. So for we have had no luck after 2 tries going through Capitol One. They keep upholding the charge due to questionable documentation provided by somebody. Not sure where this documentation is even coming from. To conclude, this company has stolen $610.76 from ** for a part we did not receive and repair services not provided. Giving this company one star is ridiculous, but I have to put something down. If I was to give them anything it would be to go through the legal system and charge them with theft.

      I have tried for two weeks to reach someone by phone. When calling, its an endless phone tree. I have file a complaint with the **** Attorney General, too.

      Took 1 week to show. Took another week to order part. Took another week to order another part because it didnt fix it. Took 2 more weeks to schedule a follow up because after repair it made a loud noise while spinning and started eating clothes under agitator. Now another week because the appointment was canceled 10 minutes prior or to visit. No costumer service at all

      I had a home warranty repair job - A&E sent out a technician to repair it. The technician was great, and after diagnosing, the tech thought that an ordered part would fix the problem. Unfortunately after he left the problem was still happening. I tried to get A&E to send the tech back out to finish the job, but they claimed they couldn't do anything unless I went through another warranty program. I explained that it was basically an unfinished work order, and all they had to do was send the tech back out to look at it. A&E refused, claimed it was a closed work order, they had no ability to do anything with it.So basically A&E will NOT stand behind their techs or their work, and they don't care if it gets fixed or not. I will do my utmost to make sure neither I nor any of my friends use this service ever again. I'm sorry the technician has to work for such a messed up company.

      Their customer service is non-existent. So far I'm up to 4 service visits for the same issue, which still remains unresolved. You can't reach a person to speak to, and the automated attendant when you place a call either puts you in an eternal loop or hangs up on you. I've resorted to sending tweets to their account, because no one responds to email either. Worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. I would give 0 starts if I could.

      I contacted Choice Home Warranty the day after Christmas about an issue with our GE Profile refrigerator. They sent two ************* men four days later who determined it needed three parts (including a defroster and fan unit and two others). They said the parts were ordered. On January ******************************************************* my kitchen and "reorder" the parts and they would be shipped to my home and they would return to repair it after the parts arrived. After two weeks two of the parts had arrived but not the defrost unit and fan (the most needed). For weeks we were told the order was in "process" but no word on when it would arrive! For weeks we used their website to email our questions and concerns about the delay. After weeks of waiting and getting NO response to our emails to both Choice and A & E we finally were told the second week of March that the part was not available and that Choice would assign a "case management" person to handle our case and offer to get us a new refrigerator. The offer was a $1,199 e-gift card to Lowes. The only problem was to replace with the same unit would have cost over $3,000. We did not want the same kind and located one with similar features for $1,460. Would they cover that? No. Take the original offer or leave it was the case mangers attitude. Then we were told it would take another 30 days to issue the e-card! The cooling unit kekpt freezing up and could go totally bad any day. Further complaint to the BBB resulted in the offer to cut us a check instead of the e-card. Only problemthat could take another 30 days! After another 20 days the check finally did arrive. Thinking of signing up with Choice Home Warranty or using *************? Forget it! Put your monthly premium in savings.

      If I could do a minus one then I would. I purchased a brand new Kenmore freezer from ******. The door was defective and not sealing properly so our food was getting freezer burned and ruining. I contacted A&E Factory Service three times. Every scheduled service the technician would never show up to look at it. Finally after getting a technician, he explained that we needed a new door. He stated that he would order it and schedule for another repair to install it. I have never heard another word since!! I call every number and no one answers and also have emailed them with no response. So I have a $1200 freezer that's pretty much junk. My next step is going into ****** and letting the manager know what crappy service the warranty company is and hoping they will make it right for us. A&E Factory Service is an absolute nightmare!!!

      If I could give a **** I would! This company is absolutely incompetent, no one should ever partner with their service. I have no idea why ***************************** with them ************ the amount of headache they've given us isn't worth the money. Initially had an appointment scheduled and was given the window of 8 AM - 5 PM (really inconvenient appointment system, especially when you're working). Wasted a day of vacation leave due to the rep cancelling the appointment. After several attempts of attempting to contact their agent, finally got a hold of them through chat. Agent stated that the rep cancelled the appointment due to me missing the call. I called back immediately after the last ring, but the number does not provide for anyway to talk to a person (automated system that leads to nowhere). They should really seriously consider fixing their appointment system, it's very inconvenient and unrealistic. It's basically a you have to take the entire day off kind of deal for a random appointment in the day that's less than an hour long. I didn't pay for the platinum plan with American Home Shield only to receive this type of service.
