      They are the worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't get anyone on the phone. Technician said I'll take your word about what's happening to my dryer, didn't even look at it. Said they didn't have the part for 3 weeks and then it randomly showed up at my house week 4. SMH disgusting.!

      I have been without a refrigerator for two months they’ve replaced the same part twice. This company is a palling you can’t get through to a person and if you do all they do is say I’m sorry every part they order takes 21 days to get in so they’ve been out to my house four times still have not replace the refrigerator.!
      I was told it’s under their discretion on whether or not they replace something they can’t fix until the technician says something they don’t replace it. This is ridiculous to go to months without a refrigerator.

      Changed my appointment with out warning. I was scheduled for 6/1/23 between 8-5 only to get a text today 5/31/23 at 2:34pm EST that I was rescheduled for 6/5/23 between 8-5. No explanation nothing. I have tried to call but have not found the magical code to get to an agent. I am unavailable 6/5/23 but the next available appointment is 6/14!!!! I have been without a refrigerator since 5/11/23. Waiting till 6/1 was already a stretch but 6/14 is outrageous especially since I don't know if it will be fixed or if parts will have to be ordered once they diagnose the problem. I have been given no other options but to cancel a Dr's appointment that I waited 3 months for or have a reliable way to store food in my home of 4 people.

      Total scam Sears sent this company to my home to replace refrigerator compressor that was recalled so no cost for parts Sears told me I was going to have to pay two hours of labor that was fine but the company charges $250 an hour and than said I need a new computer $400 and new valves that has nothing to do with the repair they should be out of business and prosecuted to the fullest extent for ripping people off scam artist I wouldn’t even give them one star please do not get scammed like I did I think sears is involved in this too A&E wanted $1150 out of my pocket. When seers told me this would all be covered under the recall. and the worst of all the technician refused to leave my house until I paid them $160 for the estimate that I refuse to pay at first but I did because I’m worried they were going to retaliate on my house if I didn’t pay them an estimate fee of 160 it’s a straight out of a mafia movie this is no joke

      Washing machine stopped working. Called and scheduled repair - lucky to get appt. two days later. As others have commented - waited all day for repair person. He finally arrived at 3:30pm and called to say he was sitting on the driveway. I asked him to enter the house through the back entrance which was closer to the laundry area and due to rain all day, I had mat for drying shoes. Technician instead came to the front door and I had to redirect him to the back entrance. He was not at all friendly nor professional and appeared to have an attitude. He can into the laundry room and touched the start button on the machine and when the machine did not start, he said we had a power failure and no current was getting to the washer. The machine not starting was why we called for service - we had already checked the outlet and it was working fine. Even ran an extension cord to another outlet to make sure that was not the problem. Tech. proceeded to remove the back of the machine, looked around and then put the cover back on the machine. He stated that it was a capacitor that had gone bad and he would have to order a part. He began his ordering process and then stated that we would owe over $500 because our claim was put into the system as a "cash call". This was completely false and showed him the contract for our service plan. He then called and checked with someone and suddenly it was corrected and we owed nothing. But he should have known this was under a service plan because we scheduled it with Lowes Protection Plus. When he left he had ordered a part and had my husband sign for the service call. I received an email confirmation of his order and it was not for a capacitor, but for a water pump - $74.95. Too many things did not add up correctly and his complaining the whole time he was here, definitely left a bad experience with the whole process. He never checked on any of the electrical parts for problems, which could have been part of the problem.

      No customer service as it's a central automated website or phone. No way to actually speak to anyone. They changed my appointment 2 times without asking me if it was convenient. Then they canceled and rescheduled for 10 days later! I have been without a washing machine for almost a month! Lousy communication lousy service. Beyond poor!

      I had an appointment scheduled for 5/23/2023 to fix my dishwasher. My time slot was from 8am-5pm. No one showed up. No one from the company called me to inform me that no one was showing up or to even update me at all that day. I call the number to talk to someone and its only an automated phone system with no options to even talk to a representative. The customer service doesnt exist in this company at all.

      Technician **** is very Rude and has no customer service skills. He is a Technician for *********************. My suggestion to anyone out there DO NOT use *********************. I was to be notified in advance prior to their arrival to repair my refrigerator and I get notification when the Tech is at my residence. I have a job I can not afford to sit at home for 8hours to wait to see when they are going to show up at their convivence. I work 7 minutes from my residence and **** called and said I am here at your front door I said I will be there in 10 minutes he was so **** and said he did not have the time to wait and he was leaving. This is the second time he has done this to me. The last time he seen me pulling into the drive way and he drove off. I waited all day because he said he MIGHT have time in the evening to return I waited and at 4PM he called said he didn't have time after I waited all day. I have been without a refrigerator since May 10th. Again DO NOT USE *********************.

      5/24/2024 We had a service person from A & E Factory Services/Sears via Home Choice Warranty come today to try to find out why the refrigerator is making an intermittent noise. I was given a time frame of 8AM-5PM. *****, who has been working for A & E for only a few months, called before hand and arrived around 3:15. He checked everything that could be causing the noise and couldn't find anything. He ask when the compressor had been cleaned of dust....well, never. He did the cleaning for $50., which we were happy to pay since we had no idea of how to do it. He did say the compressor was hotter than normal. He said that if the noise continues.... remember, it is intermittent, thus not something that was happening when he was here....to call and let them know. There is a 90 day warranty on his work. We were pleased with what was done.

      5/18/23 Service visit was cancelled. Received robo call 5/17 to confirm part ordered was received, which it was. Asked to confirm via list of prompts which I did. They knew it was shipped and had tracking #. Went online to check service visit window to find out visit had to be rescheduled. Tried to get a live person to discuss situation which was impossible. Rescheduled through the website for a week later. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
