      A&E Service is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I am going on 2 months getting my dryer fixed, with all the parts they have ordered I could have bought 2 dryers. There is no way you can talk to them and they keep calling with an automated message to call them back but you can NEVER reach anyone. I would NEVER recommend this company for ANYTHING!!! I am still waiting on my dryer to get fixed.

      Terrible customer service. There is no way to speak with customer rep about failed fridge repair. Said needed to replace fans, but that did no good, after spending over $600. When I tried to call them, there is no way to reach a rep. Left email request, left vm with repairman. No response. Don't hire them.

      Company missed an appointment on July 3rd without calling or informing me at all. I tried calling the technician and company to no avail. The live chat support on their website got me through to a support rep. **** informed me that I was missing a part that I was not told about. The part is on back order, they cannot provide a timeline, and they cant tell me why the technician just ditched our appointment without notice. My fridge has been unplugged for a week for service and I need it empty for service that can show up whenever they want.

      This was the WORSE customer service in my life! The technician was rude and got highly upset that I asked questions and started cursing at me and when I told him I know longer required his service and he needed to leave my home he got angry and said B****** like you is what makes my job hard and f**** up my day. He wanted the $99 fee and said he wasnt leaving without it and I told him you have nothing to deserve that fee and today you will be leaving the same way you came in and thats without that $99 because he never even looked at my refrigerator never even touch it! Because I had questions prior to him starting. As he was leaving he threw his water bottle at me and was using every nasty bad word in the book and he kicked my door closed and my finger got smashed because I wasnt expecting that type of behavior and couldnt move my entire hand fast enough. If you use A&E and your technician name is ****** you should request a different one or totally use a different company if there is no warranty involved. ***** contracted this 3rd party company who charged $350 hour and I was like yep! You need to leave! His last words was good luck b**** getting your refrigerator fix. ****************# 3.9 stars Your technician.

      Once again, ***** came through and did the yearly preventive maintenance, as requested.First of all, he is a great person! He always arrives with a smile and is very professional, respectful and a trustworthy individual.My silly dogs bark for attention and he is not bothered or annoyed by them. They are also grateful for the acknowledgement.There is always clear communication with what he is doing, step by step. He uses his allotted time to thoroughly inspect my machines and make sure they are running properly. There has never been a time that he is not prepared with the tools necessary to complete the job.Of course, when moving a machine around, there will be some sort of debris that is left behind. He always ensures that the area is left clean after service is completed. (He leaves it cleaner than when he starts!)As he completes the service, he always makes sure to ask if there are any questions or concerns regarding my machine.To management, I can only say that he is a highly recommended technician here in town with other individuals that I know. Please hang on to this SEASONED TECHNICIAN!He is the only technician I trust with my appliances!Thank you *****!*************, ******

      A&E was hired by Conns to come out and fix my washer. He said this isnt covered and left. Conns sent them back out two more times and ordered parts. The third visit ***** took the parts and said he wouldnt be fixing the washer. We went 25 days without a washer. There is no sympathy with this company. They do not answer phones.

      Fixed refrigerator in 30 minutes, no parts used and charged ****** dollars said it was the code they used.Will not use them again.

      Awful awful awfor company. You cannot speak to anyone because of their ridiculous phone service. They changed my service time four times in one day and never gave me an update. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone

      Unable to reach a person with questions even though their automated system says to call with questions. Horrible customer service!! Waiting for a part for our refrigerator but unsure if it has been ordered. No confirmation.

      Horrible experience. The repairman fixed our Electrolux refrigerator and ended up making it worse. No longer cooling and broke the legs for leveling by shoving it in and out without support.No working refrigerator and no reply from A&E.
