      AE is worthless never showed up after waiting 51 days and want me to wait until September for the next available appointment!Now I know why another ***** affiliate will be going out of business with these having to wait as long as I did to now even get notified that the repairman wasn't showing up then there automatic computer throws out dates making me wait even longer to get my washing machine repaired!Better Business close this shady company and remove them from being in business!I've already contacted ************** about this *************** making me wait forever than not show up!This will be posted all over ******** what is happening with the no show AE services!

      A & E factory services is horrible. Absolutely no communication regarding parts and when they will be available. Service man came today and said the machine needed another part. That makes 3 parts on a washing machine that is only a couple of years old!!! Sat home from 8 to 5 with a no show two weeks ago. When I questioned the repairman's boss named **** as to why they called a different number to inform me of the no show he had the audacity to hang up on me. I did not raise my voice just asked a simple question. Unbelievable!!!!! Their customer service needs to drastically improve. Next appt is two weeks from now. Fingers crossed they will show.

      This clown show has been trying to fix my ******* washer since May, it is now August. they have ordered enough parts to build me a new one, but still have not been able to get the washer working. They have been a no show, no *********** times, two times they did not have two people scheduled to do a two person job. Had to take 7 days of vacation ( because we work) to be at my home between 8am to 5 pm. They keep ordering part , to see what will work. I am forced to use this clown show , due to an extended warranty. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM OUT OF MY OWN CHOICE.

      i am disgusted with ***** Home Services. They are impossible to deal with. They were quick to sell me a warranty for my dishwasher, but I have been unsuccessful for weeks in trying to get the necessary servicing done. The tech who came to the house today said he was not quthorized to do work under warranty.

      Communication with A & E Factory Service if terrible. They want to do everything electronically, but there electronic system does not work! The text messages offering a link to find out more information says you can enter your phone number to get updates on your ************ arrival, but it does not work! Automatic system called yesterday. Asked if ALL parts had arrived. I had no idea how many parts, which ones, etc. so I confirmed parts arrived! I took morning off to be here for scheduled aptmt. Scheduled window was ****. At 10:13 they called while I was unable to get to phone. I returned call and they said aptmt had to be rescheduled!!!!! Another 1/2 day off work! This is the 4th aptmt I have had with A & E Factory Service. One time the tech never showed up! **************** can't even reach a live person!!! They are terrible and so is this Whirlpool refrigerator! I've had repairs going on now since 10/2022 and today is almost Aug. 2023!!! Junk!

      Terrible company. Impossible to get ahold of a representative with automated system. Awful customer service. Waiting for fridge part to be delivered for repair for over a month with no update and nearly impossible to be routed through automated system to get help. Worst I've ever experienced

      website and phone service are trash. they put you in a website/phone loop to frustrate you into giving up. anti consumer af. never buying a product that uses this service again.

      10 word minimum.Extremely horrible customer service. I tried several times to speak with a human being and the selections were all other automated messages. They call me with an automated message asking me a question and requested that call them back with the answer. The number they gave only had automated messages. They ordered a part and never gave the status of the order. Fortunately the item was under warranty and GE was able to contact A&E. The end result was they could not get the part, but they never communicated that to me. A horrible company to deal with. In the past, technicians have come to my house and most of them were very good, the whole problem is communicating with their customer service. In the past I was able, with difficulty, to contact a human being. That is no longer the case. The unfortunately thing is that they pretty much have a monopoly in this area.

      Never again. Purchase something new or wait forever to get it fixed . A n E ?..this stands for Asinine leadership and Extremely poor service . This has to be on purpose to detour the customer from ever asking for help from their pre paid service plan from another non existent company LOWES a service ! What a joke ***** dollar fridge less than one year old and we havent had cold drinks or anything for 3 weeks! I wonder if this is accurate? Well . Maybe the 1 star reviews speak volumes!!!!

      TERRIBLE! Heres my on-going story;You have to wait the entire day 8-5 for the tech. On **** he declared he knew what was wrong with the ** built-in microwave. He ordered parts and charged me $249 service fee: $78.43 There was a problem with the outlet at that time so I had an electrician come in and fix that the next day. Parts were to arrive on 7-6 for installation, but no parts arrived. Next installation set for 7-8. Messages kept asking if parts had arrived which there were parts but when tech came on 7-8 they werent ALL the parts as there is no way to know how many parts are coming. Next installation set for **** message inquiring about parts but no new parts had arrived until nearly 5pm that same day. When I opened the packet it was DUPLICATE parts!! Too late to reschedule installation for **** and every effort on the links to website to do this and numbers to call do not provide an option to do this. I wrote at least 5 contact notes on the company enquire format regarding all this and then decided to try to schedule a brand new service call appointment. WELLthis is very easy to do because they want another $249 service fee which they are not going to get if they show up on **** between 8-5 to install my parts AND refund my money for the duplicate parts. There is no way to leave zero stars for this review!!!!
