      Waited all day for them to show up and they never did. Their excuse was they said they showed up but no one was home and we were home all day. The picture they took was a picture of the road and sidewalk and theres no sidewalk on our street. Then they send a message saying if we want them to still come that day to call the number in the voicemail they left, they didnt leave no voice mail. Horrible company!!

      This company has absolutely no business being A+ accredited. To be honest, I'm not convinced this is even a real company. First, it is impossible to speak to a human. Made an appointment through the website. They give a range of 8 am - 5 pm (not helpful). Got a text from them at 2 pm to cancel my appointment (absolutely no reason given - glad I sat around waiting) Tried to look up my service on their website but they had no record of my service number? Contacted them through their website and heard absolutely nothing back whatsoever (even though the site assures you someone will contact you within 48 hours). I seriously feel like this company needs to be investigated to find out exactly what they are up to there...

      Phone numbers don't work. And the funny thing is it says on the business card 'We're always here when you need us'. They may be there but they're not answering the phone!!! We had warranty with them. Someone came, gave a card with the technician's name and ID# but BOTH phone numbers listed give you a run around through computer systems and no person. The one time we got a person he didn't speak english.

      This company is awful!! 8 weeks without my fridge! No communication and they no show no call. Multiple days off work and 8-5 window. Looks like the bad reviews just keep going on and on! Its like a broken record!

      Like others have said, there are only automated systems when you call and it is impossible to speak to someone in customer service. They have the wrong contact number for me so for my service appointment they are not reaching out to me to advise on the time they are arriving. I have tried for over a week to change my contact information but there is no way to do so and no one to speak to about it.

      The company is run by automated systems that take you in a circle, never able to reach anyone. All kinds of texts confirming my appointment, then the tech can't get through the gate on the day of service, takes a pictures and I get an EMAIL with a picture of the gate. No phone call! I spent the entire day home waiting for them. Horrible company. Wish I could leave zero stars.

      Have been waiting for repair since August 4 2023. Today, August 30th is the third time waiting and was called at 830am to be told they needed to reschedule. 30 days without a functional range is not acceptable!

      There is a reason they are 1 1/2 stars out of 5! I was relieved that the tech that came wasnt as rude as the previous co. I think his name was *****. BUT later found out that he was extremely two faced and wrote on his tech notes the complete opposite of what he told us he thought, and was going to write! After having a brand new dishwasher that has never worked for 6 mo and everyone seemingly in cahoots saying its the install, when it SO on is not, so they can waive the warranty. I have deeply regretted my choice in ** appliances.

      Return Appointment was never completed and they did not let me know that they would not be coming.I was not able to contact them through the contact number that was available.
