      I consider a $377 labor charge for a 15 minute refrigerator part replacement to be theft. I will never do business with A & E or ***** again. No wonder that ***** is essentially out of business!! Hope A & E soon follows!!

      They are the worst company I've sadly been involved with. 4 times I had an 8 hr window and they were a no show and no call. My mistake one technician showed up but not capable to do the job. That just amazes me. The person doing the scheduling must be sitting on his or her brain. **************** does not exist. I highly do not recommend. They are toxic

      Repairman was supposed to be here 9-29-2023 from 8-5. Never called, never showed up. The part we need installed on our dryer was delivered to my house. No way to get ahold of a human at any of the phone numbers listed. They have my landline phone and my emails and they have sent me messages on them. But no message as to why they weren't coming for Fridays appointment. Worst company ever to do business with!

      The repair was scheduled between 8 - 5 pm. The repairman called at 5 and arrived at 5:30. After I waited all day. I had company for dinner but wanted to get the repair done so agreed to service. My washer shakes so hard it shakes my house. He was not able to pull the washer out because I have a dry stacked on top of the washer. He told me he could not replicate the shaking issue on the diagnostics he did and he though it was because the washer is on top of wooden raiser to raise the washer. Also, I needed to add the proper amount of clothes. No repairs made, just a lot of assumptions. Terrible service and no repairs. After he left, I washed the same items he said he couldn't get the shaking with and the shaking was just the same. No resolution. Sent numerous messages to remind me of the appt and then came after 5 pm.

      Frustrating is one word to use! Infuriating is another. No way to contact anyone, they no showed after I sat at home from 8am-5pm. No human contact whatsoever. Please do not waste your time using this company. They are unreliable and should not be allowed to still do business with no **************** access.

      Cannot reach them by phone. Made 4 appointments. Showed up for one, didn't have the parts on the second appointment, the third they sent an email saying that they showed up and missed us; however, we have door cameras and the vendor must pick up a gate pass to enter, no one on cameras and no one picked up pass. Rescheduled again and then they sent an email at 5:30 in the morning saying they could not make it. We are with American Home Shield and this is who they have chosen to service their clients. Bad business!!!!I only wish that zero stars was an option.

      Cannot get through to a person on the customer service line. The website does not work. My refrigerator is leaking. I scheduled a repair through Lowes protection plan service. I took a whole day off from work because they give you an 8-5 repair window. The first tech to come out did not know what was wrong because it was not leaking at that moment. Two hours later there was water all over the floor. I called back and could not get an appointment for the same day. That Friday I again took an entire day off from work and they NEVER showed up. No phone call, no text, no email. NOTHING!! Now I have to take another day off from work and hopefully they show up.

      Doesn't show up, sends numerous messages to remind me of appointment. Have had over 30 appointments scheduled but only showed 5 times. Still don't have a repaired dishwasher. Not a way to run a company.

      No way to contact them directly and speak to customer service, make errors in the repair and then make you wait for a week to come back to fix the error. From the other comments I hope they show .. Initially, I was very grateful and happy to have a technician get here right away in the morning and fix our dryer. It was screeching due to an idler pulley. He seemed thorough and fixed the $15 part (labor was $140). However, I went to use it after washing a load of laundry and the door seemed much heavier and sort of just fell open which was not a problem prior to the 'repair'. I thought well as long as it dries clothes, I won't worry about it. Unfortunately, it won't stay closed to complete a cycle and just flops open if you try to run it. So, I called the home warranty company because there was no way to actually reach A&E Factory Service customer service. The soonest they will come back to fix their error is almost a week from now. That is unacceptable. They made an error and should fix it immediately.

      A & E factory serviced hires the most incompetent technicians. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. You cant get in touch with a single live person. They call repeatedly to have you reschedule an appointment and then that same number tells you to go online to a webpage that does not work. If you ever have an A & E technician show up, send them home!!!!! Don't let them touch your appliance.
