      We had 3 appointments scheduled with this company to have our refrigerator repaired. Nobody showed up and nobody called. I don't know where this 'business' is located at as there is no such thing as talking to a real honest to God live person. The voice automated system that you reach when you do call is worthless. First question wants to know if you are calling to cancel your appointment. That really starts the process off right and should have been a red flag in the beginning! I don't blame the techs. I blame the pencil pushers.

      Beware the technicians are lazy. Our refrigerator hasn't been working for a week and the technician is mad that I complained because they didn't fix the problem so now I'm still waiting and my refrigerator is still not working and when I call I get transferred here and there and a technician went to day but they just tell us to call conns and then conns sends the technician. Its a circle.

      Horrible company to deal with. Assigned to fix my appliances through American home Shield. Neither company communicates with us. I get assigned an appointment. Their tech is sick or is overbooked every time I wait around from 8 am to 5 pm. I have had to wait for over a month to get the parts that were delivered to my home to be installed. I have spent hours on the phone at a time. I would give less then 1 star if I was able.

      Absolutely terrible service!! Would NOT recommend! I have gotten a run around since September 2023. GE set up the repair since it was under *************** appointment: The tech showed up the first time and said that he would have to order the part. Fast forward two months...they claimed the part had been delivered but was nowhere to be found (this was entire refrigerator door, so it's not like it could have easily gotten lost). Second appointment: December 2023. Tech showed up and this time he said that he couldn't see where it had been ordered, so we RE-ORDERED the part. January 2024, the part arrived, and service was rescheduled for MARCH! Third appointment: March 2024. I got a text confirming my appointment and two more reminders over the next couple of days. FINALLY...the long awaited FOURTH appointment: Nobody showed up and I get a text saying that service was canceled later in the day! I really don't know how they are still in business! The only reason they even have a 1-star rating is because you can't give any lower. !!!!!!!!!!!!!ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!

      First off 28 emails, exits or phone calls to remind you of a service call in 5 days is unwarranted. The tech was rude, kept asking us for ladders, towels, etc, like he has no tools to use of his own ? Kept asking me to help do things. Really if he needed assistance bring help. It was only a dishwasher, kept looking in cabinets , around the house almost like he was scoping the place out, Never again will allow this company any place close to my location.

      A terrible experience. I had to take off work two days and wait 8 hour each day for the repair man. It is still not working. They have given me a third date now. There is no customer service phone number to talk with at all. The text I get indicates it is a ****'s person coming out, but ***** knows nothing about it. I lost food twice because the fridge has broken down twice in 2 years.

      We have been without a dishwasher for over 2 months... they have been scheduled to come to the house over 7 different days, we have lost count... who has time to deal with this? 3 different people have come to service it, it still is NOT fixed!! Each tech blames the other tech... customer Service is overseas and gives wrong information over and over again. We are totally frustrated and DONE!! The dishwasher and the protection plan was purchased at Lowes... never again!

      Logged on to their website on 3/6/2024 for an appointment to have our GE washer repaired and was given a date of 3/15/2024 8am to 5pm. We received a call at 11:40a to notify us that due to weather our appointment was being rescheduled to 3/25. After receiving several confirmation messages and waiting all day, we received a text message telling us that our appt was being rescheduled for 4/4. The ************ we were given was to reschedule or cancel. They have no listed phone number to call and speak to anyone. I don't understand why we were not given any priority at all after ***** decided they couldn't make the appt they gave me. Don't use this company, they aren't reliable and hide behind their website so they don't have to speak to customers!

      Worst ever! 4 times to repair my ** refrigerator could not get it fixed. Then I call ** who sent these guys to my house to fix my refrigerator. Could not be repaired. Called ** who sent these guys here and said they have been here 4 times and ordered parts and cannot fix problems. Called ** and asked to get replacement or money back. ** said A&E never closed work order so it only counts as 1 repair. Are you kidding me? A& E didn't care when I called since they are all in another country. ** is just as bad will be writing a review on there websites.

      Terrible service. Service person took water softener apart and basement flooded the next day. Ended up calling a plumber that cost us $300.00.
