      I received a letter dated July3 2025 from *** about monies owed to ******* USA in the amount of $332.saying debt obligation is significantly past due and offered a one time payment of $265.61 expiring July31 2025. Or a payment plan of $ $49.00 per month towards balance. Im not saying I dont owe the money , but not saying that I do either! I am requesting the *** to provide proof of this so-called debt with my signature of any loan as PROOF OF OWING ANY DEBT!. Within 10 days to help resolve this matter ,without proof from said co. ******* USA ONLY! I would have to say I dont owe this money I need proof. and would not be able to pay such payment amount every month, if and only if proof is provided I will be requesting much lower amounts! And requesting this Company not to contact except through physical address but not in a harassing manner! So BBB please help me to resolve this matter in getting the proof that I need with dates of service if any and response from said company NOT third party only!

      Hi I accidentally clicked on wrong selection, or rather it did not show the option to add the reasons thereby making my choice inaccurate! So my reason for rejecting was to say I was willing to wait 40 days because thats too long the company should have info Im requesting readily available! Otherwise Im willing to wait atill but not to my disadvantage the other things they agree to do are fine so my reply is wrong can you please update I looked for a while to try and update but to no avail waiting for your reply.

      I received a call from Mediation Recovery Center of Dekalb IL in late June 2025. The person was rude, yelling at me, wouldn't let me say a word then hung up on me. On 7/17/2025 I received a invoice for ****** or one time payment of ******. they want to collect on a debt from 1- 2020 for National Durable Medical. In June of 2023 *********** Law Firm in ********** WI contacted me about the same bill. I contacted ********************** said *** failed to get pre approval and they wouldn't pay them and said they can't bill the member. I never received a bill from *** or notified that I owed them until ****** when *********** Law Firm contacted me. I talked to them and the Priority Health and after months was told the case was dropped. I consider this is harassment from *** since *** is no longer in businessI believe & they did't do their job of getting pre approved.Please help me get this closed once and for all. I think MRC is a scam Thank You for your help

      Billed for $5,995.00 for durable med product with no dates or info. The surgery was 6 1/2 yrs ago. Never received a bill. My *************** contacted my insurance at my request to be sure it was covered and it was. My surgeons office says I dont owe anything and my insurance company says the bill was paid in its entirety. And both claimed that this company is a scam.

      I received a call on 6/5/25 from ***** ******** at Mediation Recovery Center claiming I have an outstanding bill of $1,495 from National Durable Medical Supply for neuromuscular stimulation electrodes used in sleep apnea that were used by Dr. ******** *********** when I saw him in 2018. On 7/12/2025 I received a letter in the mail stating I owe $1,495 for National Durable Medical debt that is past due but gave no explanation as to what for. Dr. *********** is a podiatrist who only put a cast on a broken foot and does not deal with sleep apnea. I also never received any bills from National Durable Medical or Dr. ************ I was told by a very pushy ***** ******** that if I paid him right away I would get a huge discount and it would only be $896, but he stressed that the offer would expire in a few days. I said I never received any bills and he said he believed me because my credit score is so high. There's a rather large disconnect because the letter I received said I could make a one time payment of $747.50 (a much lower amount) by 7/31/25 (much more than a few days later) to cover my debt. ********** shows no record of late payments or accounts in collection. Considering National Durable Medical went bankrupt, Mediation Recovery Center is not accredited by the BBB, and Dr. *********** is a podiatrist, this has scam written all over it. I want the bill dismissed and to never be contacted by Mediation Recovery Center again.

      I received a call from MRC ************ on 7/1/25 informing me that I owed money for a medical pump device that I had apparently received after surgery that I had done in November of 2020. I informed the caller I never received any pump, nor was any pump ever prescribed for me. I had neck surgery and came home with a neck brace and a ******, and that was all. He said alright and ended the call On 7/2 I received another call from MRC ************. This man said he was the other callers supervisor and he had more information regarding the medical device I owed money on . I told him I came home with only a neck brace and a ******, he insisted that I received some leg pump . I told him this surgery happened almost 5 years ago, I dont know what you are talking about. He was rude, insistent, would not end the discussion , only kept telling me that I owed /money I would like to file a complaint and stop these people from harrassing me. Thank you

      I received a letter on 6/16/2025 from Mediation Recovery center stating that I owe them ******** from a creditor cashnet USA.I have never use this company for any reasons or have I received or agreed to any financing from them.I have attempted to reach out to the number provided on the letter to get more information on what is this debt is about and why am I receiving the letter when I had no financial dealings with the company stated on the letter, the account manager have been very pushy and was not willing to hear my complaints.I am reaching out to BBB to dispute this obligation that I do not owe.I did not approve of this transaction and would like for it to be resolved and reported from my credit report.

      I filed a complaint against *** on yesterday, 05/20/2025. I have followed up with my insurance company and found out that the amount that is stated that is owed was from a now out of business durable medical equipment company that did not file for a pre-authorization from my insurance company and therefore, wasn't paid by my insurance company nor is it my, the member's, responsibility according to my insurance company because the durable medical equipment company was required to file for a pre-authorization and it did not, therefore, it cannot seek reimbursement from myself or my insurance company. My insurance company has all the information regarding the claim by **************** Medical including my insurance company's denial due to National Durable Medical not complying with the required pre-authorization. This explains the reason why there was never any bills received by me from National Durable Medical. I have submitted this information to *** and the representative, *** *****, begin to scream at me and threatened me that he was going to ruin my credit by filing against my social security number. This is not a legitimate debt because National Durable Medical should have written off as it would have been required by law to do. Please stop *** from its harassing tactics, especially against those who do not owe any debt.

      I received a phone call from ***************** (Mediation Recovery Center, **** Phone: ************** Website: ***************************************) stating that I owed money for a medical device from a surgery in 2018. I was told I owed $5,995 but could settle the debt for $2,398. This was 4/21/2025. I paid by credit card and was told Id get a letter by postal mail in 3-5 business days to confirm the issue was resolved. I have not received a letter and have recently heard similar stories about the same company contacting others over medical debt. It makes me think someone got hold of old files and is using them to get money out of people. Id like to report them and recover my funds if possible.

      I received a call stating that I owed money from a 2020 surgery for DME. This company has very specific information regarding my surgery. However, both my surgeon and the insurance company have confirmed that no such bill exists, so no collections agency should be calling to collect anything. A collections bill was received dated 5/5/2025 for $1800.59
