    After four requests to take down a derogatory statement on a memory page , nothing has has been done.In keeping with rules and regulations of Legacys site, A disgruntled family family member chose to put nasty comments, about another member, and write what they thought the deceased would think about it. ON A TRIBUTE page. Total misuse of tributes, and drawing attention to themselves, and unresolved conflicts. Pages MUST BE MONITORED. Please protect those you love who have passed., and dont allow the living to denigrate their memory .

    We ordered flowers for $113. The bill was $208. They charged us $161 for the flowers, delivery fee and a $9 sympathy card. Total rip-off. Use a local florist. Never again!

    Legacy.com is a scam! I ordered flowers for a funeral on 4-21-23 and was emailed that they were unable to deliver and to give an alternate address which I did. Then today I get the same email about being unable to deliver the flowers. I asked for it to be delivered tomorrow but I am sure they won't after reading these other poor people's reviews. Legacy.com is a sick company taking advantage of the mourning.

    I wish I would have read these reviews before feeing humiliated I felt seeing how CHEAP the flower arrangement was for a wake we went to yesterday (4/12/23). The cost was $185. What a joke!!! This arrangement was sent to *********** Funeral Home in ********* ********. I actually clicked on the link in their page which brought me to this page. I will also be contacting them. The wake was for *************************** (4/12/23) at *********** Funeral Home in ********* **. I'd of rather ordered nothing than to look like I spent $25 for this arrangement. I agree with the last review. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

    They cremated our son in Delaware back in February and we have been trying to get his remains for 2 months They will not call us back but they charged our credit card DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!! They talk good but their actions are HORRIBLE

    Over a year and a half ago 2 people purchased tress in my sister's honor. We were never notified, so had no way to thank them. I would never order from this company! We accidentally find out as one of the people who purchased it mentioned it to us. Save yourself the embarrassment!!! They won't even tell you who bought them.

    Our son passed away in June of 2022. I contacted Legacy to find out what organization received the monies for trees in his memory, they could not tell me. They said that trees were planted when asked where, they could not tell me. The flowers ordered by family were way over priced but beautiful We did not remember signing anything at the funeral home for Legacy due to being in shock I think. We did ask that Legacy be removed from our son's death notice and it was done immediately.

    I too have been scammed! I ordered a Peace **** on a Thursday to be delivered for my sister's funeral on Saturday. Someone, I thought was from legacy, called right after I my order to say the local florist did not not have that arrangement available, but he could get it from another florist close by cheaper, which I agreed to regardless of the price. The morning of the service I got a call telling me that they were unable to deliver to the service because the florist was not open on Saturday. REALLY? A florist not open on a Saturday, REALLY? I could barely understand her, but finally got that they wanted to send it to the home that following Monday, so I agreed, other than cancelling the order all together (which I should have), what other choice did I have. Monday comes and no delivery. Tuesday's here and I had a message on my message machine (which again was hard to understand due to accent) saying they were unable to deliver arrangement at the home because there was no one home. NOT TRUE! There has been someone at the house since the funeral. So now I'm out the cost of the arrangement, which wasn't cheap and no flowers were ever delivered. What a scam! ****** learned!

    Horrible service. I usually make sure to call a local florist . But since I live away from the grieving family and saw the convenience of the link posted on the obituary to order flowers.I ordered on a Wednesday, received an email that they would be delivered to the funeral home by Friday ( for the wake). They were not there for the wake. Funeral home confirmed they were not delivered. However, I was charged. And legacy claims they were delivered. Called to cancel the order for a refund on Saturday. And they said if it gets approved Ill be reimbursedif it gets approved ?!?! Be aware and stick with calling local florists. ****** learned!!!!

    I ordered the Deluxe "Joyful Memory" flower arrangement through Legacy.com, which should have a beautiful display of a variety of flowers and colors. Rather than contacting me to say what was ordered through their site was not something that could be provided, what they chose to deliver was not even a close attempt to what was ordered it was just an all-white arrangement consisting mainly of white roses. Considering the amount that was spent and expecting, this arrangement was incredibly disappointing and felt like a scam. Teleflora offered a 30% refund (which basically covered the "standard service, care and handling, and taxes" charges that were added to the total) and 30% discount for a future order as if I would ever order flowers through them again.Do not order flowers through Legacy.com. Their "vendors" are scammers.
