    Over a year and a half ago 2 people purchased tress in my sister's honor. We were never notified, so had no way to thank them. I would never order from this company! We accidentally find out as one of the people who purchased it mentioned it to us. Save yourself the embarrassment!!! They won't even tell you who bought them.

    Our son passed away in June of 2022. I contacted Legacy to find out what organization received the monies for trees in his memory, they could not tell me. They said that trees were planted when asked where, they could not tell me. The flowers ordered by family were way over priced but beautiful We did not remember signing anything at the funeral home for Legacy due to being in shock I think. We did ask that Legacy be removed from our son's death notice and it was done immediately.

    I too have been scammed! I ordered a Peace **** on a Thursday to be delivered for my sister's funeral on Saturday. Someone, I thought was from legacy, called right after I my order to say the local florist did not not have that arrangement available, but he could get it from another florist close by cheaper, which I agreed to regardless of the price. The morning of the service I got a call telling me that they were unable to deliver to the service because the florist was not open on Saturday. REALLY? A florist not open on a Saturday, REALLY? I could barely understand her, but finally got that they wanted to send it to the home that following Monday, so I agreed, other than cancelling the order all together (which I should have), what other choice did I have. Monday comes and no delivery. Tuesday's here and I had a message on my message machine (which again was hard to understand due to accent) saying they were unable to deliver arrangement at the home because there was no one home. NOT TRUE! There has been someone at the house since the funeral. So now I'm out the cost of the arrangement, which wasn't cheap and no flowers were ever delivered. What a scam! ****** learned!

    Horrible service. I usually make sure to call a local florist . But since I live away from the grieving family and saw the convenience of the link posted on the obituary to order flowers.I ordered on a Wednesday, received an email that they would be delivered to the funeral home by Friday ( for the wake). They were not there for the wake. Funeral home confirmed they were not delivered. However, I was charged. And legacy claims they were delivered. Called to cancel the order for a refund on Saturday. And they said if it gets approved Ill be reimbursedif it gets approved ?!?! Be aware and stick with calling local florists. ****** learned!!!!

    I ordered the Deluxe "Joyful Memory" flower arrangement through Legacy.com, which should have a beautiful display of a variety of flowers and colors. Rather than contacting me to say what was ordered through their site was not something that could be provided, what they chose to deliver was not even a close attempt to what was ordered it was just an all-white arrangement consisting mainly of white roses. Considering the amount that was spent and expecting, this arrangement was incredibly disappointing and felt like a scam. Teleflora offered a 30% refund (which basically covered the "standard service, care and handling, and taxes" charges that were added to the total) and 30% discount for a future order as if I would ever order flowers through them again.Do not order flowers through Legacy.com. Their "vendors" are scammers.

    A group of us ordered flowers for our friend/colleagues fathers funeral. I used Legacy.Com, because their link was on the obituary! I had to call in the order, because delivery options only listed the current month. On the date of the funeral I recieved an email stating the order could not be delivered. SAY WHAT!? So I called. Youre the florist link on his obituary and his service is today at ******* Largest Funeral Place! How is it possible, you cant deliver to Temple of The Valley? And you waited until today to notify us? So, I wasted two hours trying to resolve this issue! We can deliver the arrangement between 11:00am and 7:00pm to an alternate address. Where would you like to send your flowers? So, next, I realize, no one will be home, because theyll be at their fathers visitsion, funeral and burial during the 8 hour delivery window. Next, instead of being allowed to file a complaint, every forwarded call was greeted by a party line, Im sorry, would you like to use a different delivery address? LEGACY.COM can obviously advertise and take your money, but they cannot deliver! I recommend calling a ************** florist directly for any flower purchase! Using a .com is as impersonal and unreliable as it gets. Not only are we left unsatisfied, I doubt our flowers will ever be delivered! LEGACY.COM is a cold hearted monopoly that could care less. Look at the reviews! No! Look at the unpaid reviews! Nearly everyone of them had the same, frustrating experience of undeliverable flower orders! Sadly, a funeral only happens once. And the best LEGACY.COM can do is, Im sorry, would you like to use an alternate address? We cant locate the largest, most famous funeral service in ******. And this review is posted in a faraway place, where hardly anyone will ever see it. So, no lessons taught, no imprivements made. DONT USE LEGACY.COM! Its a MONOPOLY SCAM!

    As with the prior satisfied customer, I used ********************** solely for posting/ publishing an obituary and not for further purchases. The online system was relatively easy to use- although the ability to upload a prewritten computer document would have made it even easier. When I did need help, **** at customer support was patient, professional and kind and the issue of a post- publication error was immediately resolved. I never quite believe the leave a message and well call you back but thats exactly what happened. Response was fast and effective. Thank you.

    I ordered a $200 spray on Friday the 3rd of February. Monday (the day of my friends funeral) I received a call indicating they could not deliver them, so I cancelled the order. I was sent confirmation that my refund would be in **** business days. I called back 2 more times and still no refund. It's been 12 business days since cancelation. I filed a complaint on the BBB as well as contacting an attorney.

    Hello. FTD did attempt to fill the order and there wasn't a florist in the area that was able to assist. A full refund has now been provided and we sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience.

    Ordered flowers on 1/20, requested delivery 1/27 for services on 1/28 for employee family member. Spoke with employee on 2/20 asked the employee about flowers and they never received them. Called FTD and was told there was no delivery receipt. We were charged on 1/20 and no notification was sent. I requested refund and waiting for credit. Poor customer service and embarrassing to have to ask employee if they were delivered.

    Our records indicate that this customer purchased 2 obituaries on our site on 1/28/23, one at 9:16 am and one at 9:29 am. When he realized that he had duplicated the order he called our customer service team on 1/30/23. Our team member **** spoke with the customer on the phone and immediately cancelled one order and refunded it in full for $103.95.
