    Will NEVER order from here again..After I placed my order I got a email saying that what I ordered was unavailable but they had already took my money so I decided to get a refund. This was on the 2nd of September..It is now the 8th and still no refund..Finally got a email saying they can mail a check..Don't have a good feeling about this..It's sad I lost my aunt and money..

    The flowers were fine, but the sympathy card had a giant "Please review us on ********* Yelp or ******** ***** on it right under the message I wrote to my dead friend. I wish I could post a photo. So tacky and disrespectful.

    Order tree to be planted in memory of my cousin. Paid for with credit card online. Was suppose to receive an email when tree was planted. Money taken no tree planted. Scammers.
