    I ordered flowers for a funeral on March 11, 2024 and paid one hundred dollars. I dont believe the flowers were ever delivered to funeral. I am looking for a confirmation of services rendered or not and to be reimbursed for my money. I have never received a confirmation that flowers were delivered or followed up on. Thank you.

    Legacy.com has posted pictures of my family member in a sideways format. I have emailed and left voice message to have them either removed or corrected. Legacy also posted personal information that had not been shared previously. My family had zero contact with Legacy. This is uncalled for and extremely disrespectful. Legacy should not be permitted to infringe on a family grieving by posting personal information they were not asked to be involved with. Disgusted.

    The VERY worst service when you are most vulnerable,We "sent" flowers through Legacy.com to an employee who lost her Husband, We ordered it on Monday to be delivered to the church on Friday morning. On Friday afternoon we got an email saying "sorry the flowers were not delivered and offering a $10 discount- reason being *********** did not have exactly what we ordered. How about a call explaining that and asking if they could substitute. We asked them to call our employee and explain and to deliver the flowered to her home. This too was not done!! DO NOT USE LEGACY>COM FOR ANYTHING!

    Legacy.com attached to Obituary on Mlive without family authorization, to all who read the obituary notice. They indicate the family wishes the reader to purchase their flowers or trees. There is no notice of a funeral so where to the flowers go? This company is a VULTURE advertising on a death of people. Legacy.com must be required to get family written permission to use their love one this way.I spoke to Legacy today and emailed them to stop.

    Legacy.com has terrible customer service. Despite leaving several messages they did not respond to request to change the name of charity to donate to they unilaterally chose from the two listed in the obit (and why couldnt we make the decision which charity to list) . Also there are too many ads and efforts to get people to plant a tree in decedents honor. We had no interest in that and were concerned people did that instead of donating to the charities we named in the obit. I suspect it is because the company gets a cut of the proceeds. There should be an option not to link to their sympathy store or plant a tree. or otherwise have ads. And they should answer the customer service phone number and respond to emails. Overall very dissatisfied

    Legacy picked up obit for my husband from ******* trib and printed visitation time 4 hours late when the services were over. So far I know of five undelivered flower arrangements and two mourners who showed up only to find funeral home closed. One couple drove over fifty miles. *** I did not ask for a listing with them. They did not have my permission for the listing. Who are these people?

    I checked legacy.com and discovered that the information about my mother was inaccurate stating that she died where she was born. She moved from there when very young. Thankfully no one donated on her behalf. She has been deceased since 2016. I had no idea that they plagiarize obituaries for a profit.
