I bought my Siena from this dealership in 2019. Now, the collision system is broken, and I brought the car here for repairs. The staff initially said it would take 3-4 days, but it has been over a week, and nobody has ever called me back. Moreover, they haven't been able to fix the issue. On Monday, July 24th, the staff member named **** said that even if they couldn't fix it by Tuesday, they (since **** is off on Tuesdays, he asked me to contact the manager, ******) would provide me with another car. Today is Wednesday, and I wanted to call early to ask if ****** could provide me with another car. The phone number,end with ****, is extremely difficult to get through.
