    I bought my Siena from this dealership in 2019. Now, the collision system is broken, and I brought the car here for repairs. The staff initially said it would take 3-4 days, but it has been over a week, and nobody has ever called me back. Moreover, they haven't been able to fix the issue. On Monday, July 24th, the staff member named **** said that even if they couldn't fix it by Tuesday, they (since **** is off on Tuesdays, he asked me to contact the manager, ******) would provide me with another car. I already confirmed with **** that ****** knows what's going on, so I wouldn't need to explain it to him again. **** said yes.However, on Tuesday, July 25th, I tried calling multiple times, but nobody answered. I went to Toyota at 3:50 pm, but ****** wasn't there, so I couldn't get my car back, and they couldn't provide me with another car to use. I'm really frustrated. Today is Wednesday, and I wanted to call early to ask if ****** could provide me with another car. The phone number,end with ****, is extremely difficult to get through. If I manage to connect, they keep saying "hello hello" and hang up after about ************************************************************** During the few seconds I successfully spoke with ******, he claimed not to know what was going on and that he was off on Monday.I'm really helpless and frustrated with their irresponsible behavior. This is the third time I've brought my car here for repairs, and each time has been mentally exhausting. I have a job and am a single parent taking care of two young children. Not having a car is causing significant inconvenience in my life.The car repair process started on April 28th. On April 28th, a diagnostic check was performed, and it cost $310.87. **** mentioned that there would be a discount if I got the repairs done at their shop, reducing the cost by $140. However, when I had the glass replaced on May 11th, the bill came to $1056.91, and there was no discount applied.
