I bought my Siena from this dealership in 2019. Now, the collision system is broken, and I brought the car here for repairs. The staff initially said it would take 3-4 days, but it has been over a week, and nobody has ever called me back. Moreover, they haven't been able to fix the issue. On Monday, July 24th, the staff member named **** said that even if they couldn't fix it by Tuesday, they (since **** is off on Tuesdays, he asked me to contact the manager, ******) would provide me with another car. I already confirmed with **** that ****** knows what's going on, so I wouldn't need to explain it to him again. **** said yes.However, on Tuesday, July 25th, I tried calling multiple times, but nobody answered. I went to Toyota at 3:50 pm, but ****** wasn't there, so I couldn't get my car back, and they couldn't provide me with another car to use. I'm really frustrated. Today is Wednesday, and I wanted to call early to ask if ****** could provide me with another car. The phone number,end with ****, is extremely difficult to get through. If I manage to connect, they keep saying "hello hello" and hang up after about ************************************************************** During the few seconds I successfully spoke with ******, he claimed not to know what was going on and that he was off on Monday.I'm really helpless and frustrated with their irresponsible behavior. This is the third time I've brought my car here for repairs, and each time has been mentally exhausting. I have a job and am a single parent taking care of two young children. Not having a car is causing significant inconvenience in my life.The car repair process started on April 28th. On April 28th, a diagnostic check was performed, and it cost $310.87. **** mentioned that there would be a discount if I got the repairs done at their shop, reducing the cost by $140. However, when I had the glass replaced on May 11th, the bill came to $1056.91, and there was no discount applied.

Please find somewhere else to purchase a vehicle, this place is extremely unprofessional and rude. Ive been given the run about about a refund owed to me. Not pleased at all and Im being civil about it!!!

Is it possible to give this place 1/2 a star? That would only be for the customer waiting area. Yes, that is the best part of the dealership! If you enjoy being treated like a sucker when try purchasing a car or taking it for service, if being treated like garbage is something that makes you ask for more. Then, this is the perfect place for you. THIS PLACE NEEDS A GOOD OL FASHION BANKRUPTCY!. No promises but then- just maybe then, they might ****** what that funny thing called "customer service" that they "obviously" now consider a joke is. Maybe then they might stop laughing. Here is a hint. if you ever want to consider a dealer for a purchase - first take you old car in for service "after" it has been reviewed by a qualified mechanic. Then just sit and wait for the stream of bull that comes your way. If they are respectful and honest then you have a starting point. If you have ever been to this place, don't loose hope there are a few halfway decent dealers out there. Just not this one. Keep walking...

Fake online advertising, I went to buy a ************, I called in advanced to check price and availability. Once I arrived, the sticker price had a hand written note saying it was worth $3600 more than the online price. Online it was advertised for $28,265 and the handwritten sticker said $31,859. It said add ons were ************************ ($1298), *************** ($1298), and market adjustment ($998). I declined the add ons as those protections are part of my ********************. ******** said no, his manager said no as well. They wont honor their online advertised price. Avoid this dealer at all costs!

Shady. Questionable sales practices. Price baited online and over the phone with one selling price. Significantly marked up and refused to honor online price once on the lot.
