      Case worker, ******. I've NEVER received any communications from this person horrible case worker. I guarantee she came from the Reed Group. No communication, no response, doesn't do job. My doctor has responded every time you request repetitive paperwork! Your employee will lose paperwork or not follow through I requested to make sure you had everything before my surgery I sent everything by fax. Doctor faxed your repetitive paperwork. Dr, stated, I'm not to do anything for at least 3 months My therapy walk 1 hour a day. No bending, twisting, lifting, driving, stressing, nothing. You denied my benefits 10/3. I had major back surgery on 10/3 * 10/5 How dare you! Now I'm totally disabled I'm learning how to walk; I cant do anything without a ****** or my wheelchair I had 2 blood transfusions I'm still anemic today. Did I need to die so you could write me off? Do you know how many medical bills I have? I took your repetitive paperwork to my doctor * ******* 2 hours yesterday dealing with this c*** Is it normal for you people to treat customers like this? Seems very discriminating to me. You knew I was going in for major surgery, ****** knew. She also knew I would not be able to do anything for at least 3 months. Nobody sent any paperwork to my doctor on Oct. 4, 2023. Why would you send paperwork on Oct.4th when I still have surgery Oct.5th? That is a lie; we went through my paperwork yesterday. I'm healing a little slower then what they thought, its very depressing. Do you people communicate with ******?Since you don't I do not have SS case worker It will be at least 3 months for me to heal. It took 15 years to get this surgery. Maybe you should educate your people on medical terminology. I sent notes on how bad my back was before my surgery. I'm not impressed how you handle any of this its very offensive. *** worked in the public most of my life; I would be fired if I ever treated people like you do. Its very disappointing and unprofessional.

      This has been the WORST company to use for our HSA... the decline almost everything that I pay with the card. The best one has been for my OBGYN. Said they needed a receipt and I provided that and then needed more information. What else can I give them??? Pictures of the procedure? I am not there buying candy bars! After OBGYN provided a line by line receipt they FINALLY approved it. But now they went back to another invoice from months ago for my step son... they will not accept the receipts, I assume because it lists his moms name as the account holder? I sent them the invoice with my step sons name highlighted showing it was his medical visit. AND now they have shut our card off! This is our money... I need it to pay our medical bills and I can't access it because they won't accept this receipt. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! If you try to call them to talk to customer service they can't get you to anyone that can help you... just keep transferring you until you eventually get cut off. If I could give a ZERO star I would. Do better Alight!

      Completely awful. And dishonest. Alight mishandled a COBRA insurance payment I made resulting in the insurance company denying coverage for an MRI. When I called into their "customer service" I was given a complete runaround about any money I owed to get my insurance premium paid ahead of time. Their schedule a call with representative function is a fraud. They never called me even though they texted and emailed me that I had missed their calls. I attempted this twice. I got so frustrated that I bought health insurance through a private plan. Alight really should not be in business.

      Horrible company! Ive uploaded my kids birth certificates multiple times! They tell me they never received them. Then they tell me Ive only logged in once in their portal which is a complete lie. Ive uploaded these documents multiple times. They have no answer as to where my information went. Then I ask them if I can send it by email and they tell me know because email isnt secure. And Im just sitting here flabbergasted because obviously their system isnt either.

      Scam artist!! Sent a package when I never worked for this company and dont have a 401k or *** through them. Customer service is horrible!!!!!

      Horrible company... scamming elders out of their HRA funds. We've been hung up on three times that we've tried calling in to get answers. When they find out we're not wanting to switch ******** plans they act like they can't hear us or immediately disconnect the call. Can't believe Ameren trusts them to manage their retirees.

      This is about the Reimburse Me app from ***** Ive tried to contact the **** ****************. His number on this is not viable. Theres no way to contact him if you call the 774 number they hang up on you when you tell them its about a complaint what kind of business hangs up on their customers wont get their names I get it. They are scared because all the bad stuff they do, I cant get into my app it never works. The server is always down and the App Store gives him one and a half stars from 99 people that is terrible. Somebody needs to step in and fix this but they dont want you to call they dont wanna hear what you have to say. They just want to take your money and give nothing in return. I can understand the *** blocking out his email blocking out his phone number and I dont feel thats very responsible having owned two businesses myself. I would never treat the customer like youve treated me. Good luck

      I feel they're stooping to a new low. I'm starting ******** next month and have been bombarded by phone calls, email, and mail. Saturday I wasn't home, and a notice was left by the post office on a signature required item. I wasn't expecting any thing, and have a PO account where I see scanned front images of mail. The certified one was from this company. I never heard of this company, nor done any business with them or affiliates. I looked here and saw the complaints. Companies have scammed seniors with phone calls asking questions to say yes to in the guise of a survey, then use the recorded response to falsify purchases. Being in IT and cyber security my career, this smelled like a trap to get my signature to scan in and use for purchases. My signature would be worth a heck of a lot more being used for fraud/black market. They're not going to get it. I filed a police report with the county sheriff who took the report as viable. Today I head to the post office to refuse delivery and return it, and talk to the postmaster about filing a complaint about the very probable fraud using the postal service and seniors.

      I have a situation where I need a simple annual statement for a 401k that I need to bring to court. I have been trying to contact Alight for almost 4 weeks. Each call lasts up to an hour. Their phone center in ***** is very difficult to get past. The phone pin never worked. The login never worked. If they mail u a new login u wont get it before the 30 day lapse. Their call center escalating your call means nothing. Their supervisors can do nothing, they sent me the wrong plan statement (one for $800,000 that isnt even mine). And now they say they cant run a statement anymore for the State Farm plan, yet they sent me the wrong one! They never call you back. You will go crazy trying to get anything, even something simple. Why any company would want to partner with Alight is beyond my understanding. I am guessing they are cheap, however I would have more trust in a class of 3rd graders being the plan admin. RUN!!!!!!

      Very shady, took **** dollars out of my checking account to cover benefits while I was on fmla, bill was only 450 dollars. Been trying to get my money back keep getting run around and no one can tell me why they took that amount. Still pursuing.
